Why sometimes a lagna doesn't match with its Native ? Even with proper birth of time...

I read some charts where my every predictions were wrong ! But when I changed the Lagna it matches perfectly with the native but they say it's the correct TOB and also doing ±30 min doesn't change anything actually?

Moon's Connection with Rahu and Ketu or Moon in these planets's nakshatras.

8th Lord connected to Rahu and Ketu or in their Nakshatras.

Planets in 8th house connected to Rahu and Ketu or in their Nakshatras.

8th House, 12th house and Scorpio sign is the major role in these occurrences..

Do having more than 2 planets in their Extreme states like Debilitated and Exalted state creates a strong chart for the native?

And I also wanted to know that, why most of the time Debiliated planets also give strong results similar to Exalted planets ?

Ex:

• Debiliated moon creates a strong minded person contrary to how we(maybe only I) think as moon is in a week state.

• Similarly a Debiliated Mercury makes a native a great poet or a great author.

It's goes same for other planets's Debiliation too...
