Can I pick up any old LN2? Does the fk8 need a special battery at all? Mine is pretty degraded after sitting for a while turns out my minder was faulty and it seems like it’s not at full health anymore. Going to take the car for a big drive tomorrow for at least an hour and if it cranks and starts fine after that then again after sitting for a few days then it should be fine if not then we’ll new battery it is.

Haven’t driven it in a few months until this week don’t quite remember how the intake sounded but I just gave the filter a clean as it’s one of those K&N reusable ones so I re oiled it also. I’ve only got a PRL silicone intake hose and the stock airbox with the K&N filter but am I tripping thinking it sounded like this or is this normally quite loud. Obviously on boost driving it’s louder just never remembered at idle it made this noise before 😂

So after installing the acuity shifter I paired it with a 450g stainless steel hybrid racing maxim shift knob and it’s a little TOO heavy. It’s nice but feels like I’m holding onto a heavy door knob when I shift I’m after something a bit lighter.

Sphere, lightbulb or ball shape I have big hands so after something that’s a bit wider in diameter to fit my palm and maybe leather wrapped as I do like the mugen ones and something in the middle weight like 250ish grams. PFA.

Keen to not get anything too crazy just enough to fill out the sides and front a bit more which imo does so much for the stance without having to switch my RSR springs out to super low ones. Looking at something that looks like this. Project aero looks pretty good for the price of it.

Machined lip and bronze spokes. What kinda price would I be looking at? I would attempt myself however I don’t think I’d be able to create the machined lip and would rather not ruin a good set of genuine advans.

For context my current wheels are racing white Advan GT beyond’s but I’m really liking that polished lip with the bronze center spokes

How hard would that be to get done at a shop that specialises in this stuff as I’ve painted wheels before to great effect but not about to cheap out on repainting a set of Advans.
