Why is Blood Manipulation such a wanted CT? It seems kinda average at best unless you are death painting and even then it can't even touch the 10s or the limitless + 6E

Second Post on this Sub and this Match-Up has interested me mostly because I want to see a gauge on how Strong the average Powerscaler sees these two Grade 1 Sorcerers.
