Hello guys , I got my ol around 5-6 months back and a few days back I got a call from a team in tcs asking if I wanted to join , I said yes and I got Ninja

But in that team people are all digital(asked a senior) because of my profile I got selected even though I was Ninja, now they gave me a task to complete.

Is there a way I can switch before I join the team to digital before joining by giving any exams ? Right now I'm a trainee i guess and the task was given to test our performance and to decide if they wanted to keep us on the team. Out of all the ninjas I got the call and team allocation very fast.

I like the role and the team but Ninja is not going well. I have another good offer but the role is not good so I'm not sure which one to go for. I only signed in the offer letter after which I got this call and no intermediary communication.

Please help me make a decision and tell me if you know anything about this ?

Should I choose the role and work for a low pay or go for a high paying job where the role and the exposure might be less since it's a startup and it's remote learning might get impacted so I'm confused right now. I recently moved to the city for an internship and I'm trying to lock down a solid workout routine. I'm currently staying near Ayyappa Society, and with this May heat being absolutely brutal, I need to find a good indoor spot to lift.

Here is exactly what I’m looking for:

Budget: Trying to keep it strictly between ₹1,500 – ₹2,000 per month. (I know the big chains like Cult are way out of that range for a monthly sub right now).

The Setup: Needs to have reliable AC and a solid free-weight section. I'm heavily focused on body recomposition and aesthetics, so having enough iron and maintained machines is a must.

The Catch (Crowd): My schedule means I usually hit the gym between 7:00 and 9:00. I know those are peak hours, but I’m really hoping to find a hidden gem or an independent gym that isn't packed shoulder-to-shoulder so I don't have to wait 20 minutes for a squat rack.

Since I'm new here, I'm not sure which of the local spots on the main society roads are actually worth the money and which ones to avoid.

Does anyone have any good leads, or even tips on negotiating the monthly fee down at local places?
