Hello guys, I am quite a new into CAD engine specifically SolidWorks, I have a plan to create my own Spitfire RC plane in it. So far it all work just fine as I can loft fuselage and wing just fine until I came across the wing-fuselage fillet which is very much classic Spitfire's streamline design (image 1)

I had tried combine the wing-fuselage and tried multi-radii fillets but the SW doesn't like it and only able to let me do smaller radius fillet which is not standard of the real deal IRL. (image 2)

So I tried to make a boundary base loft into the wing using manually selected guide curve I created as the guideline (image 3). Although it kind of work, but I find the whole fillets as wavy and looks funny (image 4) with many holes (image 5)

Is there a way of an actual build as if following the exact WWII's era style of manufacturing that we can replicate into the software? As I far aware is the part of the building of the Spitfire as a metal brace in the join (image 6) then the factory covered the fillets with riveted metal sheet, which implied the work is akin to "sculpting the metal into a shape" rather than what I did using boundary boss and loft function.

Is there a way or trick to actually make this as smooth as possible transition using the guide curves we had?

I made V-tail on the engine no. 2 so air goes Whoossshhhh... and tail never get an obstructed bending moment within the pinned structural cantilever stressed on the tail-join.

Good thing, now it will not flutter! Bad thing? It need FBW.... maybe....

I understand this cable tie is not holding the prop, but why is it the exactly?

Can this aircraft actually fly IRL? Will its own horizontal stabilizer flutter against its own 2-inboard paired engines? What guys think of it? Buran wise, I'm aware this aircraft can't bring any Orbiter lol
