what is merit?

Merit = hard work of individual + utilization of environmental benefits. Denoted by (H, E)

Eg

Let's say 4 persons A B C D are born in same family and were brought up in a same way

A is lazy and does not utilizes any resources ( 0, 0)

B is also lazy but utilizes resources (0, 100)

C is hard working but does not utilizes resources (100,0)

D is hard working and utilizes resources (100,100).

So following will be merits of each

A = 0

B = 100, C = 100

D = 200.

Here even when all are given same life

D is most meritorious

B and C have merit but are not using their full potential

A is not merit.

We can see in this real life

Eg dr. ambedkar worked hard and utilized the little opportunities given ( scholerships, a brahmin teacher who helped in schooling, his father's govt job etc) and become what he is today.

Ambedkar sir used both his hardware and opportunities and became a legend.

Dr Ambedkar merit = (100,100) = 200.

It is this merit of ambedkar that beat discrimination and it is this merit that made him one of legends of india.

(note this is not preaching about caste system. But fact checking political narratives.)

Narrative 1 : Brahmins are Aryans, sudhras are dravadian.

Narrative 2: Brahmins are fair , sudhras are dusky.

Narrative 3 : Brahmins are north indians, sudhras are south indians

Narrative 4. Brahmins speak Aryans language. And sudhras speak dravdian language.

Reality: caste has nothing to do with being dravdian,Aryans, race , or ethnicity , skin color and language.

1. caste has nothing do with race.

There are aryan sudhras, Aryans kshatriyas, Aryans, vaishyas, Aryans Brahmins in north and south

There are dravdian sudhras, dravdian Brahmins, dravdian vaishyas, and dravdian kshtriyas in south and north

2. And color has nothing to with caste.

There are fair sudhras, fair vaishyas, fair Brahmins, fair kshatriyas in north and south

And there are dusky Brahmins, dusky kshtriyas, dusky vaishyas and dusky sudhras in south and north.

3. Caste has nothing to do with region.

There are north sudhras, north vaishyas, north kshatriyas and north Brahmins. I.e call castes in north

There are south sudhras, south vaishyas, south kshatriyas and south Brahmins. I.e all castes in south.

4. Brahmins , vaishyas, sudhras, kshtriya in south speak south Langauges or dravadian languages

And sudhras, vaishyas, Brahmins and kshtriyas speak in north indian languages or Aryans languages.

Stop believing lies and narrative told by politicians as truth. Without cross verifying the claims.

Don't be blind slave to political narratives.

Dear dravida dharma people of tamil nadu and keralam who worship vishnu, shiva, Murugan ,durga mata, grama devatas, hanuman, Vinayaka etc.

Please open your eyes. Our religion has many sects and denominations. One is Sanatana dharma, one is vaidika dharma, one is dravida veda dharma, one is vaishnism, one is shaivism, smartism, shaktism, one is bhakthi movement. Etc

All these are part of our religion. Disrespecting one is disrespecting our diversity in our religion.

Understand that some people are trying to divide us. And trying to make us hate each other.

Remember that our religion believes in unity in diversity. And we all respect each others dharmas.

Understand the hypocracy of the separatists. They say one thing regarding our religion and keep silence on others. Understand how their narratives are trying to divide us.

Remember even though we have difference in culture and traditions and food habits and scripts. We all follows same gods and we respect all hindu gods. Be it vishnu, murugan, shiva, grama devatas, durga or any of our gods.

north indians or sanatani will also pray to murugun and respect him and believe him to be supreme god.. But will other religions persons believe in our god and respect them?

Understand who are ours and who are trying to disrespect our gods and religion And dividing us.
