What are the rules for gambling that you should always follow before it becomes a problem?
I have come to the conclusion that I love love gambling however I’m smart enough to know I’m playing with fire here. I’m trying not to cross any boundaries and become an addict where it affects not only me but my family. I can’t let that happen my family and me struggle enough . Sometimes I have the urge to say fuck it all, but I feel like I should set some boundaries. Any advice ?

Im out of my 90 days and im a regular. , I called out about 2 weeks ago due to tooth pain and this time around I think I might call out again. My chest is killing me, I have a vicious cough, and I feel like shit. I rather not due to the potential heat I might get. However i know health always comes first thoughts ?
