This is the episode I watched many years ago. In it, Shinchan and his friends go into Shinchan’s toilet and discover that it can make them travel through time after they flush it.
It wasn’t just a single episode, there were several episodes based on this time travel toilet concept. If anyone knows the season and episode numbers, I’d really appreciate it. I also think these episodes were from before the newer animation style.
