Hello guys, baka meron same travel dates to Japan na gusto ng travel Buddy ☺️ Specifically female traveller na kagaya ko. Di naman need na everyday magkasama, pwede tayo mag set ng any specific date. Or if may lugar tayo na both gustong puntahan pero medyo nag-aalangan kase takot or awkward mag-isa. Second time ko na sa Japan, this time as solo naman, naisip ko kase noong nag solo travel ako sa Vietnam may araw na parang mas maganda may kasama specially nung nag ba-bike ako 😅

Sa loob at labas ang kalat, mama ko hilig mag ipon ng mga bagay na di gagamitin, kahit anong linis ko kapag umuuwi ako wala talaga, bukas nyan ganun na naman, ang hirap kapag lahat tamad sa bahay malinis. Kaya nga minsan ayoko ng umuuwi sa bahay

I had this cough for almost a year now, I don't cough all day. It only happen certain times of the day. Now it happens every after I wake up (I usually wake up at 12noon or 1 pm). And it disappears around 4pm mostly it always starts with an itchy throat. Doctor gave me cetirizine to try for 2 weeks. It's my 3rd day, I don't cough anymore but my throat itch still itch time to time. I force a cough and it did have a bit of mucus. Also I already took zymocort for almost a month now, but it seems like post nasal drip is still there?

This started when after I ate cake late at night before sleeping and forgot to brush my teeth. When I wake up my throat itch and I was coughing. Long story short, after that I was coughing every after I wake up. First few months it started every after waking up, that starts with an itchy throat, and then hard coughing. It goes away after a while, like let's say 1 to 3 hours. So after that the whole day I won't be coughing. If I woke up very early than usual, I my throat won't itch and I won't be coughing. Or if I go do some chores or keep myself busy I won't be coughing, when I do my nightly walking/jogging I won't be coughing too. I even went hiking for 5 hours and didn't had those itchy coughing moments and my breathing was normal. On 3rd month I went to a doctor, he gave me cough medicines, and for the colds too since that time I was having runny nose for days. It goes away for a while but just come back.

After few months I went to another doctor, he said it was l allergies, he gave me Montelukast and mouthwash. When I was taking montelukast, I was not coughing anymore even after 15 days of taking as prescribed by doctor, just 1 day that I didn't take montelukast it came back and the cough is more hard and it makes me wheeze. So I continue taking it, but even if I delayed for a few hours taking it I will be coughing like crazy and very itchy throat.

So I did get checked again for a pulmonologist this time. He gave me zymocort nasal spray which I should take for 2 weeks(I also have sinusitis and I told my doc I notice that when I'm coughing sometimes my one nostril is blocked also when I wake up). He said to stop montelukast and just take zymocort. I was afraid stopping the montelukast cause I know it will flare up like crazy but it didn't happen, it was just a manageable cough. After 2 weeks, I am still coughing every morning when I wake up, and I still got stuffed nose time to time. Altho it's more manageable now, but the itchy throat and cough is still there, and its more phlemy now and I can feel the stuck accumulated mucus in my throat when I breath, I do huffing techniques to let all phlegm out and after it will just go away. I have a night shift schedule, so I wake up at around 12pm mostly, and I would be coughing for like 3 hrs and it would just go away in late afternoon up until I go to sleep.

As I am chatting now, I noticed I am not coughing cause my mind is busy.

I have an asthma since I was a kid but it's a moderate one which I rarely encounter attack. And I haven't experience this long persistent cough. Usually my asthma coughs before just last for few weeks, like 2 to 3 weeks at least. I also did take the same medicines for my asthma but it didn't work. For those who have the same situation, how did u treat it.
