Recently resigned after several workplace issues kept building up.
The biggest issue was excessive reporting:
morning work update,
daily manager sync-up,
EOD update,
while everything is already tracked in ClickUp. There were also issues around office attendance, a new mandatory 3-day office policy, and lack of proper tools/resources for my work.
I finally resigned last Sunday, but I still haven't received an official acceptance.
Instead, my resignation has now reached senior management.
The COO, who values my work, has indirectly contacted me through a senior manager, so I suspect they're discussing whether to retain me.
If they now offer to fix the issues that made me resign, would you stay or still leave?
My concern is that things might improve temporarily and return to normal after a few months. Also, once you've formally resigned, does the relationship with your manager/company ever really go back to normal?
Anyone here stayed after resigning because management promised changes? How did it turn out?
My Company Update looks like this is that Normal or To Much ?
We Update at Morning - Todays plan ( as a Message on Group )
And at Evening we have Sync-up call ( Google meet to Again Update to manager )
And at night - We Again post EOD Update ( as a Message on Group )
What the Process in your Company ? Am exhausted with this updates.

The graphics card is out of warranty.
The issue :
While using the Pc , suddenly I got a Black screen with no display issue.
The Fans on the GPU went full 100% Load .
I switched off the power and tried to boot the pc again. No sign of Life . Pc is not even booting. Because my processor doesn't have an igpu.
When I press the power button, pc lights, fans , etc nothing turns on.
All I can hear is one Tick or click sound. Like a short circuit protection thing.
Please help. Am from Tamilnadu

Reason am looking for a new keyboard is - sometimes when I type fast key press is not registered .
Is it usually happens will all wireless keyboard?
