I kind of hate when people call things “the worst fandom”

It just feels like that term has lost all meaning like it feels so overused and then like every time a new show comes out or a new game comes out. That new thing is then labeled as having the worst fandom. Which is why I feel like the term is so overused that it’s basically meaningless. Like everything can’t be the worst fandom ever. Especially when I see people like complaining about fandom’s. It’s always about stuff that’s normal like cringy cosplays I often see those as reasons as why a fandom is embarrassing when that’s harmless. Like sometimes I will come across a my hero, academia cosplay video and maybe it’s a little corny but the comments will act like this person just committed a horrible sin by being a little bit cringe and then the comments say stuff like “this is why the my hero academia fandom is the worst” or this “is why I’m embarrassed to tell people I like anime” . I don’t know. It’s just a pet peeve I have I’ve grown annoyed hearing this phrase

Every see anything about this anime, I keep thinking that the brown haired girl looks like cardcaptor sakura so I can’t stop thinking that the premise of this Yuri is “cardcaptor sakura but if her love interest was a woman”

I hate when people say “separate art from the artist” in response to like an artist of some sort of doing something genuinely horrible

I recently saw this comment on a video about the singer d4vd who murdered a young girl and surprisingly, there’s people that still support him and listen to his music like I feel like separating art from the artist can happen in some cases like if the person who made the thing is dead but it cannot happen when they’re still alive and when they murdered somebody especially when they murdered a child!!! You can also not separate art from the artist when the art in question is a direct reflection of the artist themselves like with J. K. Rowling with Harry Potter, where a lot of her views are reflected. In the work itself, not to mention supporting the books, and the movies gives her money

I hate when grown adults infantilize themselves

(EDIT: I’m not talking about people having childish interests am talking about people who basically age play like K-pop idols that act like children to seem cute or people who say “I’m just a girl “ or something like this trend I used to see on TikTok where girls would post videos saying something like “coloring while he does his big boy work “ referencing their boyfriend or husband working. I just wanted to clarify because I saw people getting confused I don’t care about people watching like cartoons. ) I see this a lot online specifically with like millennials were a lot of the humor is acting like a baby it’s just so cringe and corny and like I love being cringe I am the most cringe person ever. I just can’t get past humor where it’s you acting like a baby like any type of baby voice makes me want to rip my skin off like I don’t like it when people try to act like babies or children to seem cute. It’s weird. The image I’m using is unrelated because I can’t think of a good picture to attach without showing someone’s actual face. And I don’t wanna make fun of anyone in specific. I just really hate this type of humor

I hate these two games that are made by groomers creeps that still somehow have a fandom

Especially your boyfriend because I don’t understand how people still like this game like the art isn’t even that good for people to be a fan of it like people who love this game and glaze this game and defend this game remind me of people who read the book haunting Adaline and apparently the creator based some of the scenes in this game on things they did to their actual victim and yandere simulator if you know about Yandere dev you’ll probably know about how much of a weirdo he is

Maybe if I was making out with girls, I would stop grinding my teeth

I have a horrible problem of grinding my teeth I can’t stop, I will just randomly do it but maybe if I was constantly kissing people it wouldn’t be like that I don’t know this is just a random thought I had
