I did, because I’m not an idiot, but it kicked my butt a little bit. Not complaining, I’d rather have temporary side effects than the real deal. Just suuuper fatigue the day after, like weights tied to your eyelids. I canceled my evening plans and went to bed and slept for 11hrs, unusual for me.

I am over 60 with processed hair that l air dry and is eternally either frizzy (if l don’t use product), and stringy if l do. Gel makes everything worse. What do you recommend, please? Thanks! I have used all of the following products with similar results:

After those: 1) It’s a 10 miracle leave in product, 2) Awapuhi Wild Ginger Styling Treatment Oil and 3) Tréluxe 360 Confidence Collection gel.
The hair looks stringy when it dries so l use a gentle Conair brush or a wide tooth comb after l scrunch the cast which doesn’t do much.
This results in, you guessed it, frizz.

God, these people who come to a major medical center for care, get treated for a challenging condition by a host of specialists, and then when medically ready for discharge, dispute EVERY conversation with the team by using fucking Chat GPT make me 🤯
Doc at the bedside summarizing the patient’s condition, going over every part of the treatment plan, step by step, patiently and with verbiage that a non-medical person (the patient) can understand. Patient holds his hand up and states: “OK, but I’m going to do my own research” types into Chat in front of the doc then basically dismisses them 😩
