For example, if I remember walking out of the house a couple years ago I’ll remember it from the perspective of someone looking out the window at me

It’s an overwhelming fear, not just a routine.
This happened to both me and my mom when we were children/teens, but she never told me this happened to her too until I was an adult. Is this some sort of genetic instinct in my family or it it more common than I realize.

It’s super hard to explain it. It starts with an item like a fan, or a wall. And it just feels weird when it happens.

Your mind just sees/hears it vividly and it either gets bigger or it’s just wildly vivid.
You feel like you are drowning/shrinking next to it, it’s terrifying.
It can also happen with fingers, arms, legs. They feel super big or small.
It kinda feels like when you have a fever and you’re going insane.

Happens to me every few months. I think it might be one of the stages of your mind falling asleep but idk. Sry if this is super confusing

I have searched dozens of sites that normally have everything, even movies that are still in theaters, and I can’t find a single one that has Leviticus.
