So today was my first game of my 6th season, 1st u15 season, and we played against an all girls team and lost, but im very proud of my performance
1 and 2/3 Innings/44 pitches/4 strikeouts/2 walks/1 earned run/1 unearned run/1, 3 up 3 down inning/2 hits/1 hbp
So ive been talking to this girl for a bit, and me and her, and our friends went on a double date, I bought her stuff at the mall and this is how she repayed me
I've realized that in the past year ive only been happy when I was on the mound, and I want help on how to get better at pitching
So im 13 and over the summer my goal is to become a better pitcher and fell better about myself(since im pretty depressed) so what drills could make me better at pitching, throw faster and have better shoulder and hip seperation
So im 13 and wanna become a better pitcher, what drills would work?
