How true yung mga 6-digit figure earners dito?

Curious lang, parang ang dami kasi tapos pabata ng pabata. And yes, oo syempre inggit ako. Weird lang kasi, if I'm making that much di ako lagi sa reddit, I won't even bother wasting my time here.

Baka meron dito director leve/vp for network and cybersecurity

[Hiring] Vice President, Infrastructure & Network Security (Hybrid)

Looking for a hands-on technical leader to run our infrastructure security operations and lead an AI-first transformation. This isn't a hands-off management role—you will be balancing strategy and team coaching with direct technical execution and building AI agents.

The Ideal Candidate

  • The Mix: You're equally comfortable tuning micro-segmentation policies, building an AI agent to automate vulnerability triage, and presenting to executive leadership.
  • AI-First Mindset: You don't just use AI tools; you think in terms of agents and pipelines to eliminate manual toil from every workflow the team touches.
  • Pace: You have a strong bias for action and thrive in high-velocity environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Transformation: Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate repetitive tasks like vulnerability triage, PAM access reviews, and compliance tracking. Shift the team’s focus from manual operations to engineering and supervising AI agents.
  • Technical Execution: Directly own and operate our security platform portfolio, including Guardicore (micro-segmentation), Cisco Secure Access (ZTNA/SASE), Qualys VMDR, Axonius, and PAM solutions.
  • Cyber Hygiene: Lead enterprise vulnerability management, patch validation, and asset inventory accuracy, increasingly leveraging AI for triage and prioritization.
  • Team Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing security team. Coach and upskill team members by pairing on technical work rather than just delegating.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in information security or network engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role where you personally built solutions while managing teams.
  • Hands-on Skills: Recent experience directly configuring segmentation policies, building scan profiles, designing PAM workflows, or troubleshooting ZTNA connectivity.
  • AI/Automation Aptitude: Proven experience deploying AI automation in a security context, or a highly concrete vision of how you would approach it.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in enterprise networking, zero-trust architectures, database security, and banking compliance frameworks like FFIEC, GLBA, and PCI DSS.

Interested? Drop a DM with your resume and a quick note about a manual security workflow you've recently automated.

  • Compliance & Audit: Maintain SOX controls, prep audit schedules, and ensure everything matches GAAP and company policies.
