I have tried making accountability partner too and i think even daily check ins and goal setting does not help..

Feel like i need someone to work together with and then i am more comfortable with women buddy to do body doubling.. But i am not even finding that.. I an soo unmotivated right now.. I am not able to complete my everyday task even when i know i should..
