Pillows for different positions?

24 and have always loved laying on my stomach propped up, but it’s hurting now:(((((
Any pillows that can support me and keep my back straight or something?
Pillows that can support me while I’m kind of sitting up on my side would be great too!
Wedge pillows look great for sitting up but would like recommendations as the world is flooded with cheap crap now:(

Can’t get over disappointment or whatever this is

Before we go down the note I want to say I love humanism, I understand people show what they feel inside so commonly when they are hurt they act out ( understandable I get it)

I’ll also say I have my issues that I’m not proud of as we all have.

I have noticed since I was 10 how poorly people act, I see it and it kinda sticks with me for a few hours.

And when it’s bad stuff it sticks for along time, I am currently dealing with disappointment and questioning grinding in my head about what I had to deal with at my last couple of jobs over the last 3 years including being threatened multiple times over a hair close to nothing and being back stabbed by management and a bunch of other stuff.

Some of it was to a level traumatizing, I’ll never forget it, but I think it has shifted from protecting myself to just thinking that they were willing to act like this..

I am fine letting people be grumpy and snippy, I get it life is hard and it’s hard to hold it in, I’m ok letting that slide.

People screw up it happens

But I’m pretty disappointed when people just act however they want, rude, obnoxious, mean, yelling, no care at all low standards.

I see it and it’s like oh.. this is really how you act?

The disappointment is causing depression

A am kind of wondering if maybe me holding this in is me hoping maybe they will change and be better? Idk i have wondered what I am not seeing, how bad must their life be to do what they did?

Me and my therapist don’t think the disappointment circles back to me, I’m very proud who I am, I had and have my issues but I am proud of my push to change, I think a lot of that disappointment also can be that I put sooo much effort and energy into changing myself and I don’t see people putting it in for themselfs:( but then again how would i see that?

Any advise on not being so disappointed in others?

I don’t mind letting people be grumpy and a little bit rude, I get it life is hard so I’ll let some stuff slide.

But so many people just act however they want! They don’t care, they arnt embarrassed enough to stop.

Or they take their issues out on other people and damage them.

It’s so disappointing people can behave so poorly.

I know I’m suppose to lower my expectations but that’s just depressing.

How did you learn not to care and just let it go?

Did you find a quote that made it click?

Idk what to do there’s got to be something better I can see handle this

Disappointment in others

24m

I noticed my disappointment in people at about 10.

I will say I have many adults and people in my life that have brought be stability and hope.

I respect and trust these people deeply.

I have a deep interest in humanism and an understanding that people reflect how they feel inside so they may act poorly because they are hurting.

But I still have the thoughts of people’s poor behavior grinding in my head, it’s embarrassing and pathetic that people allow themselfs to act however they want just because they arnt happy boo hoo!

I have a very strong moral compass so I get it is going to rub me the wrong way when someone does something bad but I should be able to let this go, but to some degree I think deep down I want to try and embarrass them, or call them out or talk to them and see them improve?

I know factually I can’t save people but I don’t think it’s fully clicked

Also all the memories that are grinding are up to 4 years old some being a year old

Really bad behavior at jobs such as being threatened, physically hit, discriminated against and management attempting to fire me for trying to report them.

What can I do to not care? Or to be ok with it and let it go?

Co worker threw battery tester on the ground

Co worker came over and tried to use my battery tester I told him no - he says why not - I say it’s mine and I don’t share it - he says I see you share it with Jake - I say I like Jake Jake isn’t rude to me - he says what is that suppose to mean - I say your a ass to me so again no - he throws it on the ground and walks away -

I go to Forman and explains, he says it must have been a accident, I say no it Absolutly was not a accident in any possible way this needs to be addressed, he says it was a accident and walks away.

I go to the owner and explain it to him and he says it must have been an accident.

What can I do this was at a chain do I waist my time reporting this?

Should I call the police if It was damaged?

Would the police actually care if it’s under $500?

Can hr ever be trusted?

I miss the legends of days where people got pu\*ched in the mout\* and management let it happen

This world is sooo disappointing to all my teachers who lied to my face saying the world is respectful and people behave you can burn for brainwashing me to have hope even though I knew then and argued back
