It's way easier to just fully stay sober from it than to try to moderate an addiction. I've successfully quit a few times and life is better sober, then I allow myself one diet soda and it eventually cascades into multiple caffeine drinks throughout the day.
I'm gonna taper off again and this time I'm staying away. No more caffeine at all, not even one drink. It just leads to full blown addiction for me every time 😭
Claims fully natty, not even TRT
....I don't believe him
Why do carnivore dieters cope so hard when I share my negative experience I had on the diet?
If someone told me they tried my diet and it didn't work for them, I would first of all NOT victim blame them or call them a liar, and I would also support them swapping diets.
Perhaps it's because I'm not a religious cultist about my diet choices but carnivore dieters are?
Glad to not be eating like a hyena anymore, regardless.
He claims natty. Seems like obvious steroids to me

I was on strict carnivore diet for a few months. (Until I finally started reintroducing fruit the last week or two and my symptoms started resolving)
Worst diet I've ever tried
Cons:
*Bad sleep, kept waking up in the middle of the night
*Poor electrolyte balance, always was very thirsty throughout the day and needed to add in electrolytes. Still wasn't enough
*Cravings for non animal foods, and not being able to consume any. Getting sick of meat
*My physique remained skinnyfat. Couldn't gain muscle or lose fat. Just eternally stuck skinnyfat.
*Very low energy. I was dependent on caffeine drinks just to get through my day. The diet provided almost no energy
*Worse lipids. My LDL and total cholesterol shot up dramatically
*Too expensive. No one is out here only eating ground beef and eggs. Beef is spendy.
*Worse skin tone / texture. I got more bumps and looked pale / sickly in the face. Also worse bags under my eyes
*Developed xanthelasma under one eye
Now I'm on a whole foods omnivore diet and am healthier and leaner than ever. Not skinnyfat anymore, lean and athletic instead. And my sleep is better, more energy, better skin, etc
Pretty much each of those cons is better now
Carnivore copers call me a liar when I share this experience, lol
I wanna keep cutting down some more but idk how much is fat vs skin

Lost 100 lbs total

Clearly there's both but how much of each? Is cutting more the play?
