[HIRING] Custom PC builders and repair techs across India - founding cohort filling up

Already in conversation with experienced techs from Delhi, Bhopal and Jaipur.

Looking for a few more founding techs across India before we close the initial cohort.

What kind of work you'll get:

  • Custom PC assembly from components
  • Hardware diagnostics and fault identification
  • Component repair and replacement
  • OS installation, driver setup, BIOS configuration
  • Thermal maintenance - dust cleaning, thermal repaste
  • Upgrade consultation and installation
  • Laptop repair (bonus, not mandatory)
  • Compatibility consultation for new builds
  • Recurring scheduled work - not just one-off jobs. We're building the platform around customers who need regular maintenance and support, not one-time fixes. Founding techs get first access to these customers in their city when we launch.

What we expect:

  • Hands-on experience - self taught, shop, or client work all count
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
  • Reliability - show up on time, communicate clearly
  • No formal certification needed, real experience matters more

What you get:

  • Verified customers brought to you - no word of mouth grind
  • Your experience level sets your rate - not the customer
  • Payments handled through platform - no disputes
  • Founding techs get direct input on how the platform works
  • First access to bookings in your city

Not a salaried role - you work independently on your own schedule. Comment with your city and experience to get in touch.

Need help from Deeptech startup founders for getting out of this stuck phase

Hi, I am a deeptech founder or atleast I can call myself to be, I still dont have any manufacturing etc, I have filed a patent (pending), I have tried reaching multiple professors for backing me up but no success, all of them ghost after some days. What am I doing wrong? Plus the screening round of my target vc is nearing, so I have to be quick, so I'm looking for deeptech founders for insights, suggestions on how to fix what I'm getting f up.

And one thing that I want to make clear is that I'm alone currently, no team, until there's a strong validator, I cant get more people involved.

[FOR HIRE] Custom email automation (No Zapier/Make templates, actual code linked to your DB) (Starting 20$/hr)

I see so many creators, agencies, and launch-driven businesses losing thousands of dollars because they are late replying to emails or accidentally ghosting hot leads. Most people try to fix this by stitching together a messy Zapier or Make workflow. The problem is those no-code tools hit a wall fast. They can’t actually dig into your internal data to give intelligent answers.I don't do that copy-paste stuff. I write custom code that connects your email system directly to your database in real-time.

How it actually works for your business:

- Real-time lookup: A lead emails asking, "Is this specific tier available?" or "Do you have spots left for the launch?"

- Instant DB query: My script queries your actual live database instantly to check real-time availability.

- Hyper-accurate response: The system drops a personalized, precise response in seconds.

No generic auto-replies. No broken webhooks. No expensive Zapier monthly tiers.

Because I build these from scratch to fit your exact infrastructure, I can only take on 2 clients this month to ensure everything is bulletproof.

If you are running a high-volume operation and basic tools are breaking your workflow, let's fix it.

👉 DM me "CUSTOM" right now with a quick summary of your tech stack, and let's get you set up before the slots fill.

Building a marketplace for custom PC techs in India - looking for founding techs

Custom PC repair and building in India is completely unorganised. No accountability, no standard pricing, no reliability for customers.

Building a platform where verified techs get consistent bookings and experience determines earnings - not the customer's negotiation.

Early stage. Looking for experienced techs who want in early and help shape the platform.

DM me if you're a tech or know one.

Anyone else find VR multiplayer backend options are either enterprise-priced or DIY ?

Not a rant, just trying to see if this is a me problem or a real gap.

For a small multiplayer VR project (think 10–50 concurrent users, not a AAA title), the options seem to be:

Photon - SDK, you build everything, per-CCU billing gets weird fast

Normcore - better DX but still SDK-only, no managed dashboard

Roll your own with Nakama - works but now you're a DevOps person

Enterprise tiers of Agora/AWS GameLift - pricing makes no sense at small scale

Is there something obvious I'm missing? What are indie XR devs actually using in 2026?

VR training vendors - what does your reporting workflow actually look like?

Not a hot take post, genuinely trying to understand the workflow gap here.

For those of you who've deployed VR modules (safety, compliance, soft skills - doesn't matter), what happens after the session?

Specifically:

Does session data feed into your LMS automatically or is it manual?

Can you show clients anything beyond completion rate?

Is SCORM/xAPI actually working for your VR content or is it held together with duct tape?

Trying to map where the actual friction is. Happy to share what I'm finding across conversations if people are interested.

How do you prove ROI to clients after a VR training session?

Working with a few companies doing VR-based safety and onboarding training. Every client eventually asks the same question: "how do we know it worked?"

We can track completion, but things like where trainees hesitated, which decision points they failed repeatedly, time-on-task per module - that data exists in the headset but getting it into anything a client's HR team can read is a mess.

Curious how others handle this. Are you exporting raw logs and processing manually? Using a platform that does this? Just not reporting on it at all?
