Haven't gotten any strong urge to kill myself for maybe 6-7 months. Am I still depressed and hate myself and have body dysmorphia cause I am 70kg(154.3 lbs for the people from land of freedom) while being 170cm(5'7) I have started going to the gym it has lesser it but I still have it because of it I have terrible confidence (i can't even talk to people on text) i have never gotten to talking stage ever time I try they would just ghost me 1-2 week Max so I have even stopped trying. I don't think I have discussed any of my mental issues with anyone I don't discuss cause in the end it always comes back to the phone. I don't think I could ever love myself. I am gonna die a lonely autistic death.
