I don’t really care about football at all (although I do understand why people in my country love it – it’s almost the national sport; it’s what, after so many blows to the working class, gets some people out of bed in the morning to watch a football match or play with friends at the local club – that’s not the case for me, but I totally get it). But seeing this massive hatred towards Argentina is tearing me apart; it’s so stupid, I know, I know it’s stupid to be so sad about this, but I love my country and it depresses me to see so much hatred and misinformation – the way people simply don’t bother to understand our history and just spread misinformation. Everyone just wants to seize any opportunity they can to hurl hatred at the current public enemy number one, without wanting to listen to other points of view (in fact, perhaps someone just read the title and got annoyed without reading the post itself).

I also feel a bit on edge when these things happen where a specific topic goes viral, like a smokescreen (for example, the Therians, Epstein’s island, the World Cup that always distracts us, etc.); it feels as though something really bad is about to happen.

I'm so sorry, I'm a loser

I'm not saying Adam is some perfect LGBTQ+ supporter or that he'd be marching in Pride. He's still Adam. I can absolutely see him making insensitive or dumb jokes every now and then because that's just his personality. But when it actually comes down to it, I don't think he gives a damn who people are sleeping with (o o o o or not sleeping with... get it? A a a a a asexual? ...I'll see myself out)

Throughout the show, he never actually insults Charlie and Vaggie because they're girlfriends. He mocks and belittles them constantly, sure, but it's always because they're demons and a fallen angel in a relationship, because Charlie's trying to redeem sinners, or because he sees Hell as beneath him. The closest he gets is being misogynistic and objectifying them with the "I'd watch that" comment, which is gross, but that's different from being homophobic

The same goes for Angel Dust. Adam obviously knows who Angel is(gay porn star gay pornp gay por- Seriously, why did I know him? ) and doesn't seem to have a problem with him being gay. Honestly, considering he's literally the first man and has existed for all of human history, it wouldn't even surprise me if he'd experimented at some point out of curiosity. Whether he did or not is obviously just headcanon, but the point is that nothing in the show suggests he'd actually care about someone's sexuality. If anything, Adam seems like the kind of guy who's way too self-centered to care as long as it isn't affecting him.

So yeah, calling him an "ally" in the official art doesn't really feel out of character to me. It doesn't mean he's suddenly a wholesome, progressive person iiiiiit just means his flaws lie somewhere else.
