Is it bad that I'm worried to meet someone I've been online dating for ~a month?

Connections aren't really my thing but I've always kind of liked this person and I've grown really attached, but I'm too scared to meet anyone I talk to online. It's kept me up sometimes and even thinking about it worries me.

Am I a bad person? Or is this a genuine fear?
