Looking to get in to CallofWar

Hey guys, I wanna get into Call of War and was wondering if anyone can give me some tips.

I have some experience with WarEra already, so im kinda used to diplomacy, economy, wars and dealing with other players, but I know Call of War is probably pretty different.

What should I know before starting? Any big mistakes new players usually make? Also if anyone wants to play together sometime im down

Indie geopolitical online games

Yo whatsup guys
im looking for a geopolitical strategy game where you can shape a country and interact with other players. Something with diplomacy, wars, alliances, economy and politics.
Been playing WarEra.io lately and I really like that its a persistent world with actual players controlling countries. You can build your economy, make alliances, invade other countries or just try to become a regional power.
Looking for something similar, any recomendations?

interesting browser mmo i wanna share with you

Been playing WarEra for a bit and its honestly one of the more unique MMO's ive found.

The whole world is player driven. You can make your own country, join alliances, start wars, become a politician, focu on economy, diplomacy or just help build up your nation. Pretty much everything that happens is because of other players.

Its kinda like if a grand strategy game was an MMO. Def worth checking out if your into sandbox games where players make thier own stories.

also i play for usa, and we're a bit low pop really struggling against venezuela, if any americans would like to join that be awesome!

Persistent world games

I’ve been playing WarEra.io for months now, and it’s been scratching that itch surprisingly well. Right now the United States is really struggling in its war against Venezuela, and we honestly need some fresh people to jump in and help turn the fight around.
Every country is run by players, alliances shift constantly, and watching the map evolve over time is probably my favorite part. Has anyone else here played it? I’d love to hear about other persistent strategy games too.

Anyone else miss persistent strategy games?

I’ve been trying warera.io lately, and it’s been scratching an itch I didn’t realize I had. It’s not a traditional 4X, but the persistent world, player-run countries, diplomacy, and long-term wars give me a similar feeling.
Anyone else here played it, or know of other games that do something similar?

Warera.io persistent world

I’ve been playing WarEra.io for a while now and honestly it’s one of the more unique indie browser MMOs I’ve found. The whole world is run by players—governments, wars, elections, diplomacy, the economy—everything changes based on what people actually do.
Right now the USA could really use more active players. If you’re American (or just want to fight for it), come help liberate the country from holyday islands and shape what happens next. It’s one of those games where a handful of dedicated people can actually change history.
Curious if anyone else here has tried it yet.

Persistent player-driven MMOs are a lot more interesting than I expected

I recently started playing WarEra and didn’t expect to get hooked on the political side of it.
Instead of just grinding, the community ends up creating its own governments, elections, alliances, and rivalries, and the world keeps going even when you’re offline.

It’s a pretty different experience from most MMOs where everything revolves around your character. I wish there were more games that leaned into persistent, player-driven worlds like this.

Pc [browser][2010/2015?]map based online strategy

Hello guys im trying to remember a nameof the game i used to play back in the day when i was a kid. Basically it was pretty similar to warera.io in alot of aspects, it was completely multiplayer where you played as a citizen, working, building companies, participating in wars and politics. I vividly remember that every nation had its own currency (differance from war era) but otherwise pretty similar.

I would really apreaciate all the help here. I hold alot of nostalgic memories of that game.

Need help finding similar games

Hey guys, so ive been playing this game called warera.io and im looking for similar games like it. But i don’t even know how to really categorize it or what the genre would be even called….

It’s basically a mix of grand strategy politics and MMO gameplay. Instead of just controlling a country like in Hearts of Iron or Civ, you re actually a citizen inside one. Everything is run by the people so economy markets and all that shit.

Forgot to mention trhat its a browser game, man i would really appreciate all answers and any advice or sugguestion

Please sugguest some similar games

Hi everyone, mostly I play EU4, CK3, HoI 4, but it seems I can't get enough time for these anymore.
Tried to go back to eSim, but I forgot how much it is p2w, so it is just for fun now.
Guys recommended me Travian, but the community seemed a bit too hardcore with all the excels 😄

Anyways, looking how to spend some of my free time with good community.

I really like strategy, politics aspects of earlier mentioned games, so I'm looking for some recommendations in here.

Would be perfect if it would be an phone app, as I spend a lot of time on road, thanks.

What do americans even game?

I know this might look like a very broad question right…

But seriously what kind/genre of games do americans enjoy the most?

So certain countries like china for example seem to be obsessed with moba/mmorg games, japan arcades, etc etc

And then last question what is your favorite game of all time?

Game Title: War Era

Playable Link: https://warera.io/en

Platform: PC/Mobile/Tablet

Description: War era is a completely free 2 play and absolutely not pay 2 win game where you start of as a mere citizen of any chosen country. Participating in politics and wars. If you represent yourself well or have good ideas how to develop your nation you can climb the social ladder pretty quick.

While not necessary to progress at all you can create your own military units, factions or even political parties. You can participate in elections and become a member of congress, minister of defence/economy, Vice president or even a President.

Also the game doesn't consume too much time unless your running a country as a president, so its really good for busy gamers, and also because it runs on mobile too.

Theres a real time player market where people trade resources and equipment while nations compete on a global scale with alliances and militaries.

To get a full scale of the game you should check it out!

Free to Play Status: Free to play

Involvement: moderation and Production

Looking for games that are easy to get into and not time consuming !

Hello everyone ! Im going to spare you my life story so i don’t bore anyone to death

But basically long story short is that i really like games like ck3, vicky 3 , eu4 and stellaris, used to play quite a bit of civ games too, but cant last 5 minutes before getting bored haha maybe im just getting old.

I’m a big sucker for strategic games that have political aspects to them.

But since i recently have become a dad obviously i have less and less time to game which kinda sucks since im a big gamer.

If anybody know any games likes those i have mentioned please let me know. But preferably they shouldn’t take too much time, extra points if its on mobile ( i travel for work a lot) and big plus if free to play and not pay to win.

Thank you guys for your time! Any recommendation is appreciated!

Looking for a game to play Need help!

Hi guys !!!!

I really like strategic/roleplaying games likes of hoi4, eu4, ck3 (my favorite ❤️) and even used to play e-sim back in the day! Shoutout to people who know it! Unfortunately i forgot how p2win it is.
At the same time with my life getting busier by the day it seems, with constant traveling and daily interruptions.

And before anyone recommends me travian, i already play it, but i sometimes hate it with how spreadsheet focused and sweaty the community is ( also a bit p2win)

Anyways, im looking for a game with a great community where i could spend my limited time in.

I love strategy games with a political twist on them, if they are massively multiplayer thats a good thing too

It would be perfect if the game is on the browser or has an app on the phone ! That would be a mega plus for me! Since i could play on the road. Also hopefully not pay to win or overly complicated in mechanics.

I would appreaciate all and every recommendation!

Awesome real time strategy / online game

Hi everyone!

I would like to tell everyone about an awesome online strategy game that i have discovered recently. It can run on any potato imaginable, plus it also has an app on your phone so you can play when you are on the road as well.

Its called War Era. Its a map based online game where you start off as a citizen in your selected country. You can open your own company, go to war or even become a president if you really want to. Make your own military units/political parties.

I would really recommend to everyone who doesnt have too much time on their hands because its not too time consuming.
