AS the sensors are more or less same and the app has this new upgrade is it a good time to buy the inspire 3

The cost difference between active 2 premium and 3 premium i am getting is $21 dollars - Rs 2000 INR
It may seem less but as a student i am trying to maximize my savings and trying to get smth under 100 dollars
Please help me choose which is best for me as i want to wear it 24/7 and i want health metrics like helios strap
is there any big and major health features difference between active 2 premium & 3 premiun? if yes then what exactly
i feel the active 2 will be more comfortable and lightweight i have thin hands and but i feel i am losing good upgrade on active 3 and the accuracy too
