Missy detailed model engine kits?
What model engine kit is the most detailed or best for learning to build engines/be a mechanic?
Getting a real engine is unrealistic at this time for me. I live in an apartment.

My back isn't great. Doing alot of sit ups hurts it. Squats hurt it. Anything abs or legs really. Also might be because my form sucks for squats. Idk. Probably is my form. I can totally compensate for squats by lifting my heals anyways. And get some knee pads.
-----
But is being a mechanic hard on you back?
----
Also how do I learn at home right away before deciding?
Would getting a model engine to take apart and put back together be reasonable to start? I live in an apartment so can't get an actual engine.
Also, do you guys know of any model cars that are fully put together with all the part like a model engine?
Trying to read faster for years. With 0 speed increases with speed reading methods. I can skim and get the gist sure. Is that the goal? And did I miss understand?
The tonic doesn't feel like a resolution in a minor scale. So say the A in an A minor song. It still feels like it resolves on a C..... Why?
hi. when i lauch the hub. it tells me i don't meet the minimum security requirements. that i failed the atestation test. but when i run the atestation test on it's own I pass.
i have an ASrock b760-c motherboard
I think on this one. I actually nailed everyone. But I often have trouble with recalling the very first number. Which seems to get everything moving. Is it just a matter of practice?
I went up to 30 after I nailed it and ended up with the same problem again. Maybe it's just about repetition?
So I understand everything should be relatable to the tonic. I got hung up on an app tho. Got nowhere. Then I started playing a drone over the song.
So I'm just wondering how I hear the tonic better without the drone? The drone definitely sticks if I turn the drone off after a bit.
But when the song switches and the drone isn't there to reinforce the tonic. I can find the tonic sure. But I don't hear it constantly.....
I am learning. I've been practicing for months and I'm almost good with all quarter notes D3 to B3. Almost an octave being able to be played. I've been practicing with a sight called museflow.
But I wonder. If maybe I should have spent this time learning songs from the multiple songbooks I have?
Considering i would have spent better time learning actual songs. Should I transpose every song I learn and to how many different keys? Also a combo of the both is probably better thinking about it. But maybe not.
What is the best text to speech app for a browser? I might do school online and am relieve at how easy text to speech is making it too read. So notes I'm piling through books on Kindle. But will need something that works with a browser well..
\---
What is the best text to speech app if saying doing school online and there's no pdf's? It will all be browser based learning...

Is there an app that goes like right click to place reader to start reading from there, and left click to click left click normally?
Hey
Sorry but I have an endless amount of questions. I find the palace so fascinating and google is AI slop now pretty much and I can't always find the exact answer to the specific question im looking for as often now. Ateast I feel like it.
\------
My question is, can I just use Google maps to create a place and route? Can I use the house flipper video game for example, to build a place or does it have to be a real palace I know really well?
I figure because of that major system thing. As long as I practice an unfamiliar route enough. It will become effective for a palace route because it will eventually act as an anchor when committed to long term memory. Though I'm not even bothering with the major principle thing. I'm just taking the idea.
It seems like a cool party trick sure. But I don't see why I would want to remember a long string of the digits in pi anyways.
Did you encode it with the memory palace ro another mnemonics technique?
Do you use places you remember really well? Or does it not really matter. My only place I remember that well is where I live.
Has anyone tried this? My reading is slow compared to what it used to be before a TBI. Still around average. 200 compared to 300wpm of old though. So I'm just hoping for a work around.
Does anyone study a book in this way, or is there reading techniques to extract info from a book that go with the memory palace technique? To learn and understand faster.
I just don't want to download 100gb again for no reason. It was saying the error message for tpm2. 0 and secure boot weren't on. Even though they were.
Wondering if it's fixed for older motherboards or cpu are fixed? The BR works. So I guess by their logic you're allowed to cheat in the BR mode lol. Maybe I'm just being picky.
So I've got my memory palace. Like a hundred places in the palace. I hope I'm ready to approach a refresher on ENG4c in Ontario.
So I be got the curriculum and all the thing I need to be good at. It's not like a test with questions tho. It's very general. I don't think I'm allowed to post the curriculum here. But it's the curriculum for Ontario eng4c.
Chatgpt told me to read through "literature: an introduction to fiction poetry drama and writing by x.j Kennedy.
Anyways. The book literature and introduction to fiction poetry drama and writing. Is so humongous and I have no idea how to approach it even with the curriculum in hand....... You can find the curriculum on a Ontario adult highschool website.
And I assume you know where to find the literature book by x.j Kennedy. If you want to get that invested into helping. Obviously you don't have to but it would be greatly appreciated. Maybe you know the curriculum/book already. That would be ideal I guess.
------
But the question is. I've got this curriculum in front of me(eng4c Ontario) and this huge book(literature: an introduction to literature, fiction, poetry, drama and writing). And it's quite an overwhelming volume of information.
But how do break this book down according to the eng4c Ontario curriculum? Obviously reading cover to cover is unreasonable. I might be the only person that dislikes summer for the reason for there being no school haha.
So this technique is. Say drinking a cold drink, splashing cold water on your face or PMR. So the get up and go is being associated with a relaxed state rather than an avoidance one.
My question is. Will I have to do these techniques forever to avoid being over stimulate and just to read!? How forever will it take?
Which i find hard at times.
Is there other relaxtion techniques not listed that are efficient/effective? Like splashing cold water on face
Drinking cold water.
PMR for progressive muscle relaxation
Deep breathing
Meditation such as thought diffusion exercises.
If this isn't the right sub and it's better for CBT Sorry.
My thought is using the key drop method. To continually be able to practice controlling hypnagogia. To then gain enough control to induce a lucid dream effectively.
Has anyone tried this? How did you go about it? And maybe I'm missing key info I overlooked?
Also I live in an apartment I'm worried that dropping a key or spoon onto a plate will wake my neighbors.....
I still have to learn the pao system. Practice makes perfect. I just went from single digits to memorizing facts. But I don't really see the point in the pao system if memorizing a string of numbers isn't going to accomplish anything.
Are you supposed to use the scale for the key? What is it accomplishing?
I only have one. Or can I just keep reloading the same pictures with more info....? I only have one palace so far.
I'm trying to remember the 11 therapeutic approaches. Which I got down pat tonight. In case you're wondering they are.
Extras-----
Freud psychoanalytic. Alfred Adler adlerian. Frankl Viktor existential. Carl Rogers person centered. Fritz perls gestalt. BF Skinner behavior therapy. Albert Ellis CBT. William Glasser reality therapy. Feminist therapy which is a palace of its own with all the creators. And also androcentric, heterocentric, gender-centric, determinism and intraphysic orientation ... Then there is family therapy with adlerian family therapy, multigenerational family therapy, experiential then strategic and solution family therapy. Which is one heading in the book I'm reading. And post modern such as narrative, solution brief, and social constructionism. And sorry I get some of you would be through the book. But I'm excited it would have taken me weeks to remember this without the palace. Not really a flex I'm sure if I see the amount of stuff some of you memorize in a night. Also for clarity if you didn't understand the question.
----
Question clarified.
So how do I take all that that's in my palace after one night and add to it? For example adding the Id, ego and super ego which is unconscious, biological and logical or irrational motivation to my palace. I just happened to remember this cause everyone know about id, ego and superego. I think.
Sorry for over posting. But the one book by nelson dellis doesn't really say. At least I haven't gotten to the part. And you are better than Google which is stupid AI basically.
