Hallo. Seit Tagen suche ich nach einem neuen Tisch für meinen Bambu P1S, ich hab aber anscheinend ziemlich spezielle Ansprüche bzgl der Maßen. Vielleicht hat von euch jemand eine Idee.

Breite max 72cm, tiefe 55-80cm, Höhe 70-120cm. Unten soll geschlossener Stauraum für Filament sein.

Bisher habe ich nur Kommoden mit tiefe 30-40 gefunden, oder billige Regale welche nur bis ~10kg belastbar sind.

Hatte vielleicht jemand von euch ähnliche Ansprüche und hat was passendes gefunden?

I'm looking for a good rack to store my various paint bottles. I want to mount it to the wall.

I found several models on maker world, but either they are very bulky/not compact or they use quite a lot of material.

Does anyone has already printed something and may share a pic and/or file please?

Kann mir ein guter Betrieb auch Auskunft geben über Genehmigungen welche ggf einzuholen sind (alles bissl schwieriger da Reihenhaus Siedlung)?

Kommen die dann zur Besichtigung oder muss ich einen Plan vorlegen?

Kann jemand einen guten... Klimaanlagenmonteur empfehlen, oder machen das Installateure mit?

Ich bin im Bezirk Baden daheim, Nähe zu Tulln, St Pölten, Mödling. Das ganze würde ich dann gerne im Herbst/Winter planen lassen.

Hello.

I just started printing, and I wanted to prepare a model of a vehicle. Chitubox told me that there are 6 areas where resin gets trapped, and I should add holes. Then I directed me to the hole tool, I placed them, and when I click "finish" it just says "failed to create holes". No further explanation.

I tried fiddling around with settings, size, depth, placement. It failed every time.

What am I doing wrong?

I work at a old people's home, and there is this lovely old man who sits the whole day in front of his costum made chessboard, waiting for an opponent - but no one want or knows how to play. I talked to him and said that I know the game a bit. His eyes lit up instantly, and he asked if I want to play with him. I told him I'll be at work on Saturday, and if there are no emergencies, I play with him.

The problem is, I know basically nothing. I know how each piece is a allowed to move, and that I need to take out the king. That's it. So now I need a crash course in basic chess to make the game enjoyable for him.

He was qualified for our national chess team 30-40 years ago, so I think he knows how to play :D

Can someone recommend me some videos or tips/tricks so I don't look like a complete fool? Thanks.

Edit: thanks for all the replies. I will do some bot games and just ask him if he wants to teach me how to play. I think you all are right, he will be more happy about company than actual playing the game.

Hello. I received my Saturn 4 ultra 16k, tent etc so I'm setting everything up today. I'm not sure if I'm going to print something today, because I don't know yet what to do first.

So there are those exposure plate sticking tests on the printer (not sure yet what it's called) and I saw in a video that I should do that first to see if and how everything sticks on each section of the plate. I read a lot of bad things about the Saturn 4 plate, so I guess this will take some time to make it work.

The I should print the cone of calibration to dial in the resin?

Are there any settings that are a MUST to change because the standard settings just don't work?

Hello. Tomorrow is the last day of our lan party, and we are only 4 people left. Is there a story game for 4 players that can be completed in 6-8 hours? Or any other game that's fun for a few hours, but no survival or factory game where you only scratch the surface after a few hours?

Hallo. Ich hab seit einigen Wochen unter dem terassendach immer wieder 1-2 Wespen welche beginnen ein Nest zu bauen. Ich enferne dieses wenn es noch klein ist (ca Golfball Größe), aber nach spätestens einen Tag beginnt der Nestbau wieder.

Die Wespen sind absolut nicht aggressiv, wirken eher "benommen", lassen sich mit der Hand vertreiben.

Ich habe schon einige Sachen probiert um sie fern zu halten:

Wespen Nest Attrappe, geruchsentferner, Essig, Zitrone, ätherische Öle - alles immer wieder großflächig dort versprüht. Die Terrasse riecht nun ziemlich gut, aber die Wespen kommen immer wieder.

Eine Königin oder ähnliches habe ich nicht gefunden, es gibt ab der Stelle auch keine Löcher oder ritzen.

Kennt jemand noch eine andere Methode um sie fern zu halten? Ich habe kleine Kinder, und das Nest ist direkt ober der Terrassen Tür.

Mein Opa hat in meiner Abwesenheit eine Wespe Falle aufgestellt (ja ich weiß, nicht legal, wegen Artenschutz hier in Österreich) und selbst das haben sie ignoriert. Wie gesagt, die Wespen wirken eigentlich ruhig und nicht aggressiv, habe aber trotzdem keine Lust sie Mitbewohner zu haben.

Im playing a khorne chaos daemons friend soon, and my previous list failed hard against his big daemons (and little buffed up 10 man daemons), so I switched around a bit and chose the main focus on a big terminator brick and bikes+SC. Currently I don't own more bikes, but they are already ordered.

I usually run two tanks, but they did basically nothing last game, so I replaced one. I think I'll need the blade champs for charge reroll, because I can't get closer than 8" to them to not trigger their reactive move.

Hallo. Ich würde ein Programm, App oder online Seite suchen in der ich ganz einfach meine 4 Wände einzeichnen und danach 2-3 Möbelstücke im richtigen Maßstab herum schieben kann. Wir sind gerade dabei unsere Zimmer zu tauschen, und sind uns nicht ganz sicher wo Bett, Kasten und Kommode am besten Platz finden.

Leider sind alle Ergebnisse die ich bei Google gefunden habe kostenpflichtig ODER man kann keine eigenen Maßen bei Möbel angeben.

Ich habe das ganze schon im GIMP (gratis Photoshop) probiert, ein Pixel = ein cm, aber das ist total mühsam.

im soon starting my resin printer journey and i want to be prepared. i already installed chitubox and got the calibration cone model.

i always read "dont use the resin settings from manufacturer, get costum profiles" - but where do i get them? google doesnt give me any useful results. is there like a collection of user profiles, or do i have to do trial and error by myself?

im planning on using anycubic ABS like resin v2 or v3.

Hello. My first resin printer will arrive in two weeks, and I want to be as safe as possible. The setup will be placed in a rarely used storage room with a window. I want to put the printer (and as I recently learned also the wash/cure station) in a ventilated enclosure that puts the fumes outside the window.

The only big enough thing I found on Amazon (Austria/Germany) is this

This would fit printer and wash/cure station, but i am worries that the fan is a bit undersized?

Every other "plant grow tent" is usually above 200€, which seems a bit steep, and I have to add ventilation myself.

Will this be a good solution?

I recently played against daemons (khorne) and it didn't really went well for me. Usually with custodes I charge, fight and eventually win, but against those daemons I had no chance of surviving. Only thing that survived one turn was wardens with active FNP. Coming close to daemons is just punishing, also that squad of little red dudes with it's leader killed everything I had, 30 hits with lethal, devastating, +1 hit and wound reroll (or whatever they can do) feels disgusting.

I still would run 2 units of wardens to soak up some damage from his big daemons, and then push with guards? I will play shield Host, because in lions I couldn't hold objectives with only one unit, so I should have get into action with another unit, but then I got no lions bonus.

What are some general tips playing against khorne daemons? The list may include skarbrand, 2 big daemon guys with wings, 2x dogs, rhinoceros dogs, and those buff canon riders. Sorry I don't know any names of those units :)

In my house I don't have the possibility of running a resin printer, but we also own an old house around 5 min away which is currently empty. There is no heating in winter (only to prevent frost damage) but in summer it's quite cool with max 23°C inside the one possible room.

Is it possible to build a setup there? I would build some kind of ventilation chamber because the room is rarely used as storage. So I go there (with an sd card), start the print and maybe observe it via webcam, then wash and cure there too.

What worries me is the possible smell for neighbours, though I heard that the newest resins don't smell that much. Also is it safe to operate unattended? At home I run a fdm printer which I don't run when I'm not at home because the nozzle reaches high temps. But that's not the case for resin, right? So if something fails, I just get a messed up print and maybe printer?

I really want to get into resin printing, and this room is my only option.

Hello. I got my hands on 3 dreadnoughts with spear or shield option. I was looking at all three of them, and im not sure which one is good.

The Achilles looks like a good melee threat.

The galatus wants to be a tank, but I think the -1 wound is not that great with only T9 and 10 wounds.

The venerable contemptor looks fun because of the resurrection ability. Also melta and strong melee weapon.

Which ones are usually played, and what weapons?

I'm a fairly new player, and I really enjoy the "normal" maps from weekly shorts. So no alt car, no crazy reactor or a08 maps.

I found the "beginner short" campaign or something similar it's called, and it has basic driving and some.kinor dirt and tech maps which I really enjoyed.

Are there any other campaigns or servers (I still don't know how the multiplayer system works) that has like ~30 seconds maps without or with minimal alt cars and no crazy special stuff?

I was wondering why we only have an update on the defiler? Did nothing else change? Most vehicles got the frame keyword, shouldn't the tsons vehicle get that too?The faction pack for chaos daemons is 120 pages, ours only 9.
