I got this Savage axis .270 win today for my first hunting rifle, super excited, what do you guys think of them?

Can you believe my local store only had 2 types of case knives? The other store 20 minutes from me has a whole case of them and its the same store chain,anyway here’s what i picked up today also threw in an old timer gunstock trapper as well

Id like to start off by saying this is a great little knife, i give it 4.5 stars, i work in chip seal/asphalt construction, ive been running it as my edc for about 3 months now, it does show some slight wear and tear but nothing crazy, i use it to cut reflector tabs, bags of cold mix, hoses, boxes all kinds of stuff, it gets dropped, hit etc. and hasn’t broke yet, it’s super fast to open and close and can be used ambi (kinda), it has 2 locking positions which is nice, and is also all metal construction for the most part, super easy to grip onto and has great scale texture, i would also like to add that it’s super easy to swap the blades, my only complaint is that theres no where to store extra blades.

So im trying to learn more about my grandfather and according to my mother he served in Vietnam,this is some paper work that she had which is edited to blur out any sensitive information,if anyone can break down whats going on here, id really appreciate the information he had no medals after his passing im assuming he threw them away, I’m not too sure but id like to learn more about him. If this isn’t allowed here please delete but i didn’t know where else to go,thank you guys!

I have this bayonet and have no idea where it came from,who manufactured it etc. is it usgi? Or a knock off? There’s no markings of any kind on the bayonet nor the sheath.
