Aaaand Ape of the Month award goes to... Zothunder! 🌩️🫈

Congratulations!

This was the most viewed post in the past month, with a huge reach.

It took a small tweak to make sure their highly speculative post is not circumventing the rules, but in the end, it was worth the extra effort!

Zothunder correctly predicted that a big beverage partnership is going to be announced in the following days.

They weren't correct about PepsiCo being the distributor, but wrote as much already in the disclaimer at the end of their post.

>“We’re not going broad here,” added Brown, who described Beyond as “sort of a beverage company in hiding” with three drinks industry heavyweights on its board: former Coke CFO Kathy Waller, Honest Tea/Just Ice Tea founder Seth Goldman and $SAM founder Jim Koch.

Bev company in hiding. I like that 😝

Jim Koch (Boston Beer founder): Built one of America's most iconic CPG brands from scratch.

Kathy Waller (former Coca-Cola CFO): understands scale, margin economics, and retail dynamics at the highest level.

Seth Goldman (Honest Tea/Just Ice Tea founder): He literally built a $1+ billion brand in plant-based functional beverages.

Brown explicitly credited Goldman with facilitating the Big Geyser relationship based on decades-long trust.

Jerry Reda's endorsement that Beyond Immerse is "unlike anything else in our portfolio" carries weight, because Big Geyser doesn't just add any and every product... they have a track record of scaling winners.

This is what Revolut shows as Guidance summary for the Q1 earnings.

The guidance given is, in fact, very bullish. I am very optimistic about Q3 especially.

It's nice to see it all concisely in one place. Near-term and longer-term.

You know what they say.. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Well, there were no lemons harmed in the making of this dish. Neither was (Jesse) Plemons.

While experimenting with crafting gluten-free dumplings or knödel that would finally stick together and not fall apart, I might have overcompensated a bit and now i'm stuck eating these quite dense, hard, chalky-tasting balls (i have to slice them first so they can soften a bit) which resemble some strange, infected & unripe lemons.

But I digress.. It's not the end of the journey that matters. It's the lemons we made on the way

UBS are a large institutional holder.

They strongly focus on sustainability criteria & therefore it goes without saying protein diversification/food systems resilience is kind of part of their gig.

Between 2025 and 2026 - over a single quarter - they have increased their position MASSIVELY by 674.69%.

Currently they hold near 10 mil. shares.

Of course, some may say for an institution like this, it's almost like a drop in the ocean.

But not negligible either, given the history of how they report on, and focus closely on this industry.

In 2019, they were predicting a massive boom in plant-based proteins & PBMAs market by 2030.

Obviously in the last 3 or so years there has been quite some pullback. They, too, acknowledge that.

In terms of personalized nutrition (and they mention plant-based meat as a part of the equation here as well), here the projection is that it will be a 64 billion industry by 2040.

In any case, it seems they are positioned well for things to come & betting on a successful turnaround of the company.

Beyond is here to stay, and more than just that!
