No hope for dismissing poor performer?

We’ve had a poor performer on our team for a significant amount of time. This goes beyond annoying/lazy into truly significant and consistent documented issues. HR is monumentally unsupportive and creating barriers to exit this person.

Does anyone have examples of literally what it takes to fire someone?

Pool proof eyebrows?

I love a young teen who has lost their eyebrows due to trichotillomania. She is getting proper care/support and working on regrowth. Unfortunately (and unfairly) a month’s worth of good days and hard work can be undone in moments.

With summer approaching, she may avoid one of her favorite activities. She really deserves to go to the pool this summer with her friends and I’d love to help her be more comfortable.

What product can draw on an eyebrow and last through swimming?

During our divorce proceedings my lawyer gave me this speech several times.

“Managing his mail, paperwork, and appointments are wife duties and not my responsibility anymore.”

“Don’t help him. Don’t remind him.”

His court mailing envelopes are in the bag of mail I prepare for him and he walks by without taking everyday. The time I handed it to him he locked it in his trunk. He wouldn’t want this mail to go to his mistresses house because she thinks we’ve been divorced for a year already but he somehow lives here to help support parenting… no words.

He didn’t provide a response to the paperwork he was served with.

I didn’t wake him up (sleeping on the couch) when I left the house for court. He was probably still snoring when it was over.

I got divorce by default because didn’t even open his mail or show up.

He didn’t file for custody… yelling at me about what he wants isn’t official.

In the judgement he got evicted. He had been basically living for free for a year because he canceled the direct deposit in our account. I couldn’t get him to leave.

On paper he keeps his debts and assets and I keep mine. I just know he cashed his out his and my retirement is intact. House is in my name only because his credit was poor.

He told everyone I “took him to the cleaners” and “the legal system is rigged against men!”

Age 25-40 on this terrible narcissist.

Just wait until his mistress finds out his other girlfriend is pregnant.
