Update on my tart cherry hard cider.

The batch ended up at 5.3% ABV.

Boiled 1oz of priming sugar in one cup of water. Racked the one gallon batch onto the sugar, bottled.

Going to let them sit in the pantry for a few weeks to really carbonate. This batch is looking great so far.

Why is this state so far behind when it comes to protecting animals?

North Carolina is one of the few states that deem it “illegal” to break a car window if you see a dog clearly in distress.

If I see a dog hot car for more than a few minutes, I’m breaking your glass
