As per the above. I’m a keen cyclist, walker & hiker and love the outdoors regardless of the weather.

I currently exfoliate in the shower with a buff puff sponge and either Clinique for Men face scrub or a Nivea for men scrub. They seems to work a treat.

I use a L’Oréal men expert face wash and moisturise with their Power Age products (serum, moisturiser & eye cream in that order).

Skin seems good in general. I’m bald but have a beard. My head gets some spots / zits regardless of what I use, probably because I’m usually wearing a cap or helmet.

Any suggestions to sharpen up this routine?

I usually wear sun cream on my face & neck when the sun is strong. Typically the Nivea moisturiser one which works well. I really dislike sun cream though. I’m not a sun bather but as legs & arms are usually out, I tend to leave them. Only protect when it’s melting hot.

I keep said beard short and I do dye it once every 10 days with Just for Men as it would be grey otherwise and I’m not ready for that. Gives my wife a chuckle and my mates tease me but I hate the thought of looking old.

Anything better for us fellas than Just for Men.

I’d like serious advice only but my shoulders are broad so I can take a bit of a ribbing.
