I highly advise, not buying any reptile from this place. A couple of months ago I bought a boa imperator from them, and since then my entire collection and house have been infested with snake mites. It has been an ongoing battle, and I have been unable to get rid of them. I know for a fact that the mites came from here, because none of my local stores have ever given me mites and reading other reviews online have shown me that mites have come from this place.

I really liked what they had for sale so I mistakenly continued buying from them despite the first infested snake. They send me yet ANOTHER baby boa that’s not only dead, but also INFESTED with mites. I contact them about this and they shift the blame onto me, making up lies like how 3 managers inspected the snake before shipping. These people are shady, sketchy, and compulsive liars. I asked for a refund for the snake carcass I was sent and they only offered partial store credit, so I contacted my bank for a chargeback and this company was absolutely livid with my decision, all because they didn’t want to miss out on their profits for a dead snake. Please do not buy anything from them, especially snakes as they have a serious mite infestation, and all the employees there are condescending and unknowledgeable.
