If anyone messages you asking you to make them a listing bundling specific items claiming they need it to use a coupon, it’s a scam.

Edit: it’s a phishing attempt via “it won’t let me purchase! What’s your info?” or a way they can open a case and claim you didn’t send everything.

Any other vinted scams we need to be wary of? Would love to know!

To make a very long story short, he was controlling, manipulative, etc, but had BPD. Upset over anything and everything, problems out of thin air. I wanted to love him exactly how he was bc I thought he deserved that, and it absolutely crushed me in the end bc I did.

And I loved him, very very much. So much that I cried multiple times a week (3-4, usually all day or half the day bc he’d never stop lol) and my hair was falling out from stress, but I still loved him more than I could fathom.

It’s been two years since the breakup, he left me and got with the girl he told me not to worry about (his best friend) a month or less later.

There’s absolutely no way that he “loved me” yet moved on that fast, I still cry over that, still cry over how he treated me.

I want him back but I shouldn’t. He’s mean now, he’s cold, su*cidal etc. he calls me decently often despite me hinting to only call me if he needs me and is about to commit, and instead he calls me with any minor inconvenience.
We talk daily.

My friends all say we’ll get back together eventually because he’s still talking to me.

I’ve been watching history videos on the Tudors for ages, I’ve seen hundreds in both documentaries and just typical videos explaining their basic daily living down to the poisoned bowls and cups they were eating off of, to scandals about how Janes death was likely a pulmonary embolism that the crown covered up.

But I’ve noticed a pattern- some videos hint at “she might have. The king was fat and stinky!” And others say she was likely loyal despite her extremely young age, and simply fell victim to the king finding out about her “past”

I want to hear what everyone else thinks. Do you think she cheated on the king? Why or why not? What do you think about her story?

I was scrolling and came across a video that read “One day you will shut down during an intimate moment with your partner you love as a result of SA trauma” and my immediate reaction was “psh, I’ve never done that”

And then I immediately asked myself, is what I do sometimes not normal??

For some context, I’ve been sexually assaulted by 7 people. Some more graphic than others but thankfully never actually raped. It happened more times than I could even guess.

When I was with my ex boyfriend, whom I loved very much, I’d be on top and suddenly just snap out of it. My face would be behind his head so he couldn’t see me; but my expression would drop, I’d stop making noise, and would no longer feel anything.

Typically after that I’d just act until the sensation eventually came back, if it did at all.

Now, I’ll also add in that this boyfriend would often pressure me into doing things I didn’t want to do, manipulate me by accusing me of cheating, accusing me of thinking he’s ugly, and would do things he knew I didn’t like but did them anyway, or made me do them anyway. Idk if that’s important but I’m still adding it. It wasn’t often, but it did happen.

I’ve had a few sexual partners since, but the only one I had a consistent sexual relationship with, I didn’t do this. It didn’t happen. We had sex maybe 10-15 times over the course of a few months.

Let me know your thoughts. Idk if it was just him, the sexual trauma, both, or if this may happen with another partner. Also unsure if the pressure made it happen or what. Idk.

It auto declines. They have me submit my SSN. That auto declines too. Then just my name and birthday. This morning, it declines and lets me know that my banking information doesn’t match the one in my vinted wallet, so I click the link that takes me to my banking details.

Lo and behold, it’s a different bank than my own.
So im like wtf?! I delete it, enter my banking details again, then immediately change my password. After this, I submit the bank verification again and it goes through.

I had already reached out to support via email, so I go ahead and let them know what happened, and I also open a support ticket after realizing my funds are still frozen even after the verification.

I have since changed my Gmail password, Google says it’s because of cookies, so I go in and clear my browser history cache.

I was wrongly banned for fraudulent activity about a month ago after I made a bundle sale for a friend. I had $500 sitting in my account that they refused to release.

Here’s how I got unbanned.

in a compiled email, sent to every single vinted email I could possibly find, I copy pasted the same email every single day.

1. yes, I absolutely used chat gpt to help me write a professionally laid out email. If you don’t want to use ai, that’s fine, but that’s what I did.
2. explain what happened in detail and express how you have followed the rules. Mention that all of your sales have been legal and non commercial.
3. i threatened legal action against vinted. I promised that after the legal 180 day hold, I would be settling the $500 amount owed.
4. IMPORTANT! Mentioning article 15 (ai will help you with the details of this article) will legally force a bypass on the AI systems, and forward your case to human.
5. explicitly request a human review as well as account data and the amount that’s in your wallet as well as pending funds.

EXACTLY WHAT I DID: I compiled these points into 1 long professional email, and sent it to every vinted email I could find, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. After a week of doing this, my last email was sent to vinted@legal.co.uk after chat GPT expressed that this is the only email that will gurenteed a human response and review.

As luck would have it, I finally got a human written response! They said they’d already looked into it and the decision was final, but 2 days later my last sale was delivered and my account was unbanned.

KEEP IN MIND: I didn’t get unbanned until my last sale was delivered. Someone clocked in, saw that there was no fraud, and overrode the ban.

Long story short: bother the piss out of them, threaten legal action, mention article 15, request a human review and account data, and email the specific email I told you to, then just wait.

If there was no fraud you should be unbanned after the final delivery!

I’ve asked my friends about this but everyone seems to be just as confused as me, so I want more opinions.

I matched with a guy last week, extremely (objectively) attractive and exactly my type. We start talking and it very quickly escalates to paragraphs, long ones on both sides just talking and responding to what the other person says. We very quickly learned that both of us have adult ADHD.
