Mod here. I saw this post on Reddit yesterday from a new account with no other posts.

These are stolen photos. This person is scamming.

If you notice these photos anywhere in jellycat or plush subs, please reach out to the mods of that sub about the post.

The person who posted has since deleted their account, but may make new accounts to attempt this scam again.

I made a $70 bundle sale for a friend and as soon as it sold I got accused of fraud and banned. I quickly appealed it and let them know the situation, and they kept the ban.

Over the course of the next two weeks followed a string of at least 100 emails to every vinted email I could find, detailing laws, the legal hold limit, explaining what happened, and a repeated threat that I’d take them to court. (Which was the plan.)

2 days ago I finally just wiped my hands and decided on a small claims court case after the legal 180 day fund holding period (I couldn’t cash out.)

I wake up this morning to vinted notifications, and look! I’m unbanned.

Not sure why they decided to unban me, but I’ve heard similar on here: if they ban you, bother them and don’t stop bothering them. Bombard them with emails, threaten legal action, regard specific laws they’re breaking, etc.

I personally used Google ai to help me write my emails since they have a system that remembers conversations.

I’ll be cashing out, then deleting all of my listings. I’m not selling on this app ever again.

I just want to get my stuffed animal and it’s not letting me 😩 unless I’m missing something and they don’t ship internationally anymore? I’m unsure.

I sell stuffed animals, not sure why he’s going on about a fursuit, but it pissed me off simply because- have yall seen how expensive they are?
Just the heads can sell for up to 2k, a full body is around 10k!! (Based on what I’ve seen) and he wants a full body.

Gas is $4 a gallon, most of us are living off PB sandwhiches and ramen noodles. Yes, I’m pissed off.

Only 2 are expensive: the orange and white cat, and the giant lion in the back corner, here’s the info if you saw them and like them.

Giant lion: this lion is by a more rare brand called people pals, he’s a vintage lion from the 90s, and is in perfect condition! He’s so extremely soft and unlike most giant plushies- he’s extremely thick too! He’s very well made. He’s also the BIGGEST thing I’ve ever had in my shop- 35 inches! I thought $60 would be fair for him.

Orange and white cat: an extremely rare line by toys r us called toys r us soft classics, the large cats in this line typically range in price from $65-over $100, depending on which cat it is.
There’s only 1 online that I was able to find- it was $125 plus shipping.

I have plushies displayed literally ALL OVER my room on various shelves hammocks and tables, but half the time they’re not in their designated little area

They’re in my arms or on my bed 😭

I sit/cuddle with my display ones more than the ones I keep on my bed !!!😭😭😭 (except my large lion! I sleep with him nightly) does anyone else do this or something similar? Bc most of mine get loved on at least once a week
