Thinking about moving to GiffGaff Broadband

Currently they are doing a £5 a month offer for 6 months then £32 a month which seems very reasonable. Especially at 900Mbs up and down.

I am an ex-Virgin Media customer on the old cable system, trunking is still there so I gather they install their new fibre and ONT, can they use the old trunking/hole in wall to save any new drilling?

I have had Eero before so happy enough to use that, I assume easy to add other Eero repeaters?

Lastly how are you finding uptime/speeds/support?

Am I missing something with the O2 Volt Add ons? They don't seem competitive .

I am thinking of returning to Virgin after a few years away as they are beating all Openreach quotes.

Was thinking of adding a Sim as well, but cheapest is £5 a month for 4GB, which goes up £7.50 a month to £10 a month on a two year contract.

Currently paying £5 a month for 5Gb on a rolling one month.

My kids who are high data users are paying £10 a month for 60GB but cheapest with Volt is £11.99 for 40GB which again goes up over the two years.

Twingo on display in a Belfast dealership

It's LHD and not road legal so you can't test drive it. Apparently RHD cars coming in November.

The Leapmotor T03 is very like the Smart ForFour when you see them parked together

Cheap Petrol in Armagh

Only 6 shillings and 2 pence per gallon, although looks like they shut Sundays so will have to go back.

The ForFour has quite a lot of luggage capacity for it's size.

Easily takes 4 suitcases rear seats done, but obviously only 2 people.

Lebara Travel eSim Review

It was rock solid for 2 weeks in Florida, good speeds and no drop outs. So very happy with it.

Interesting thing was it used Arelion from traffic routing and I had a UK IP address so could watch all my UK streaming apps OK.

Here was a speedtest result for it.

Popped into DMC Orlando while on vacation

Really nice people, showed me around the showroom and gave me some cool postcards to take back to Belfast.
