So I just bought the Anker solix 300 with the AC ports.

I’m taking it with on a road trip which has a stop in central Florida for a cruise.

If I can park in a parking garage I’ll feel a bit better. However, if it’s m unable to park in a parking garage or covered spot. Will it be alright to stay in a vehicle that gets hot in the Florida heat??

It can’t go with on the cruise because it’s prohibited.

So I want to buy a pair of wayfarer gen 2.

However I am conflicted on whether or not I just want them to be clear, sunglasses or transitions. These will not be for daily wear, I won’t be using them while driving. Only wearing them while doing cool things on vacations or trips. There are a lot of times at amusement parks with my kid that I wish I could record our memories while on a ride while he’s still a toddler. Those rides occur inside and outside. So that’s where my dilemma comes into play.

Clear makes sense because I could use them outside wearing a hat to help with brightness and then be able to wear them inside.

Sunglasses really, the winner for outside I think because they are the darkest but then not a good option to wear inside.

Transition seems like a good balance because obviously inside and outside wear.

With the transitions I have some questions. Which get the darkest outside?

Clear/Graphite Green Transitions

Or

Clear/Grey Transitions?

Or should i just say screw it and get clear only?

So we are doing a Disney cruise in October and used the Disney inspire card for that. So we will be getting the $200 reward dollars for using that and meeting the amount required.

On the day we leave the ship, we want to hit up Disneyworld and stay at either contemporary or Coronado.

I want to get the $100 reward dollar for spending $200 or more on park tickets. However you can’t get that if they’re booked with the resort because then it’s a package.

However, I have a plan to buy premier pass.
Can I book the hotel separately and then buy the tickets later so that I get the $100 reward and then somehow have it linked to the resort stay so that we can premier pass or lightning lane regular 7 days ahead?

So we have a Disney cruise coming up in October. It’ll be our first cruise and we are going with our 3 year old.

We are going on the Disney wish, 3 night cruise.

The one stop we will be at castaway cay, which is fine. We will probably get the cabana there since we requested it and are concierge.

However the one day, is at Nassau….i feel like there isn’t much to do there. I asked the concierge about what to do at Nassau and she was honest and said there isn’t much to do with a 3 year old there.

Which, our kiddo would be free still. And we’d pay the $240 for us each. However is it worth it?? Reading online it’s really a toss up.

We are debating about cancelling that excursion and using that money to buy premier pass for the one day we are going to MK after the cruise.

So if we don’t do that Atlantis thing, what realistically is there to do in Nassau? Can we get off and walk around ourselves or better off just staying on the ship and doing something?

Originally I bought three tickets with lightning lane for my wife, kid and myself.

How do I go about buying two more tickets and lightning lane for two people that have 1, no Disney account, 2, have no smart phone 3 have zero idea how technology works.

What is the best way to go about this? I’d rather just manage it for them because there is literally a 0% chance we’ll all get the same lightning lane times together lol.

It says for the dining credit I won’t get the credit if I use a digital wallet for it.

So if I use Apple Pay for dining stuff I won’t get the $25 back?

Some people say they use Apple Pay to reload their chick fil a balance for $25 and get that $25 back, so is that not the case??

So I have ups my choice premium. I’ve had it for awhile.

I recently got three packages delivered to my local ups store. The package was coming to my address and as soon as I got the notification saying label was printed, I went onto UPS and selected change delivery. And selected hold at UPS store. Which is free to do so because of my choice premium.

I did the same thing for a package today. However I went to pick it up at the same location and they said it was a redirect and I had to pay $5.

Wtf is that about??

I tried calling UPS but it says wait times are over an hour.

So we have the Disney inspire card and I am curious about the benefits real quick before I book a vacation.

You get $200 back if you spend $2,000 at the resort. Which is fine. They also give $100 back when purchased tickets.

So am I understanding that if I book the resort separately without the park tickets I’d get the $200.

Then if I book the tickets separately I’d get that $1back as well. So $300 total instead of $200. Right?

So I have been debating about trying out an electric razor again.

Years and years ago I tried out a Braun 5 series and it died so I just went back to manual shaving.

However, I fucking hate shaving. I’m almost 40 and I fucking hate it. It’s time consuming and as I got older my skin is more sensitive too. My facial hair literally grows in every direction in different spots especially my neck. So when I manually shave, I always get bumps and irritated skin that lasts for days and it looks ridiculous. I use a safety razor to cut through thick hair if I haven’t shaved every other day and then also use a Gillette fusion proglide. I’ve used like 5 or 5 different lotions and creams and shit and it doesn’t make any difference for me.

So I want to try my luck with electric razors.

I’m torn between the Braun series 9 pro and also the norelco i9000 Prestige but not really sure what is better for my use case?

The brauns have so many different numbers it’s hard to figure out the difference with some. 9677cc 9667cc and so on. However I do like the cleaning station that Braun offers.

The norelco ones, I’m not really sure how they are cause I’ve never used one of theirs. Do you really have to shave in circles? Is that better for people that have hair coming in different directions? I see they also have a bunch of model numbers too and some places say they don’t come with a wall adapter to plug it in?

So which of those will give me a decent shave in the least amount of time and least amount of irritation, any suggestions?

Buying the mini and have a question.

When ordering it from starlink directly, if I select the car cable adapter, it reads like it will replace the ac adapter and I won’t get it.

Is that right?

If so, I’ll order the regular version and buy the car adapter later, but it doesn’t look like there is a starlink store on the website? Or is there options to buy stuff after activation?

So I have been using my UTR while away before and have had zero issues.

Currently sitting in a hotel across the country and I can’t get this fucking thing to work now when I need it.

Won’t connect to the hotel WiFi. Thought maybe the hotel is blocking it but the portal for the hotel doesn’t pop up.

Restarted it. Same thing.

Restarted again, it disappeared out of the UniFi app and had to close the app and restart the UTR and it popped up. Portal doesn’t show up “hotel WiFi, no internet”

Turned my wife’s phone into a hotspot to test it.

It says it’s scanning while trying to connect to her hotspot/phone

“No internet found”.

Any ideas or am I just fucked now?

Can I factory reset it from the app without being connected to the WiFi?

When I was in Vegas I went to color case and bought a 1595trvl version. They talked me into upgrading the wheels. Which is fine because I did a different color for handles anyways.

However they said the stock wheels suck.

I am currently debating about grabbing a 1535 air directly from pelican since I get a discount. The non trvl version would be really cheap. The trvl version would still be about $300.

Anyways, the 1535 would be my actual carryon so I don’t have to worry about tsa latches but honestly they’re a nice bonus to leave my luggage in a hotel room and know they’re locked.

However, do the stock wheels really suck or what?

If they suck, any good places to get wheels from or just color case? They used a tool there that they sold but I forget the name, does anyone know what tool I could use to punch out the old wheels and such?

So I bought a custom domain through iCloud+ /cloudflare three years ago.

All the settings were automatically setup during that process.

Mail testers say the settings are fine.

I’m trying to fully move over to that setup and de-google myself.

However, each and literally every time I email a new person who has an @ outlook address. My email to them goes to spam. Every single time. Unless it’s someone who we have exchanged emails with before.

However, the first time I send a new person an email, they always say they didn’t get it and I have to tell them to check spam.

It’s been two years and it has not gotten better and it’s literally the only thing holding me back from using it full time because I can’t trust that people will get the email I’m sending them.

Any ideas for this?
