Hey all as title said i need some help im on journey to lose 200lbs. I was 600 but down to around 540 now and doctor told me swimming laps would be best exercise for someone my size and I signed up for a pool to do just that I want to get eventully going 4 or 5 days a week a hour at a time I love to swim. Now my question is how to get ready for this to be successful. Thanks all

Hey all I been struggling health wise for few months now and it caused me lose my job then. I wont lie I had some help for food on another sub when I became almost homeless vut started door dashing to try and get by. But they opened a new food city they call it here and I got a job there but they have me training out at another store 40 to 45 miles away. I been door dashing in between try and cover food and gas till new store opens but door dash Isn't that great here I no its a long shot but im looking for some help with gas to get by. Thanks for reading all and dont worry once im on my feet I be paying it foward. I live in athens alabama. And I currently drive to owens cross roads for training. I can use chime or paypal. Hey all i took out a car 2 years ago and still owe about 16k on it. at that time i was making good money and could afford it. Fast foward to today And i have been dealt blow after blow. Starting with my dad suddenly passing and having to take care of all that. To ending up homeless due to losing my job due to health issues that are now arising and is keeping me from being able to work a full time job as I cant stand long periods of time and have been trying to find work that i can sit down with. Every month I am late on car payment barley making it. Me and my sister now live with friends of ours trying get back on track she working but the car payment really high. And now here I am considering just having it repoed and filing bankruptcy till my health gets on track. I just don't no what to do im doing door dash as much as I can but not really helping. We are considering letting car go back and having my sister get something used for way cheaper a month.

Hey all thanks for reading I have a friend of mine working on my car as I door dash alot. I Bought serptine belt to be replaced and we learned there is a second belt so we held off. I looked on auto zone oreilys and neither show a second belt of what I find is its a water pump belt. But im not exactly sure actual name if someone could direct me that be great please. its a 2020 kia Sportage lx base model
As title says I been trying figure out why my energy basicly gone I just got my results back and of what I read abd understand my ahi was 237 without sleep machine and just like last test they said it highest they ever seen. So im curious to see what happens next and if they will rush my appoitment with sleep doctor or if I have wait over month to see him. Anyone else have that high I dont really understand results just going off what I searched on Google and information I can find.
