Lol had a lot of fun making this!

My mate (Burger daddy) literally buys food off Facebook Marketplace from aspiring chefs who haven't even registered a business yet.

So she's 28 years old.
Her ONLY cooking experience is literally cooking at family gatherings and for friends.

Apparently her family and friends keep telling her she needs to make this into a business - but she hasn't had the time because she also works full-time.

She is Nigerian diaspora (lol hence the rice which she used for the rice and peas was long grain rice which is typically used to make Jollof Rice)😅

She's booked in food inspector to come down and check her kitchen so she can get a FSA rating.

We are her first customers that aren't family or friends 😂

I like to call these shops Bossman pro max. Most of the food tasted like it was straight from a regular morleys... Nothing wrong with that. Just nothing special.

How does the process for making these even work lol?! Do they water them with mango juice instead of water?!

I just find this thing jumps at the chance to over expose a shot - kinda like the iphone 17 pro as soon as it detects your face. I tried to bring down the highlights a bit in post but I feel like it was a lost cause with the Sky and I don't really know what I'm doing when it comes to colour correction... still chasing Youtube tutorial after Youtube tutorial lol.

I've just orderd the ND filter pack - but I was kinda hoping I could just fight the brightness with the shutter speed and vibes - especially when shooting run and gun.

Anyone got any tips? perhaps I need to start off exposing or the sky? Or maybe it's a dark skin issue?

I really want that frame tap thing though... Wonder if I can buy that seperately?

There was some really good Caterers there - and I have to say it was actually cheaper than being in Boston Jerk centre in port land Jamaica 🤣 - I probably got bumped as soon as they heard my London accent as a foreigner lol.

Was literally coming back from another food blog in crystal palace and drove past this is Sydenham.

Literally right outside Sydenham station!
They had a couple food vendors there with some other people selling sweet treats.

Very nice use of the space for the community if you ask me. Didn't get to try all the vendors as I had already eaten but thought we'd at least try the Caribbean spot which was averagely okay. Kinda like home cooking really.

Are there other night time food markets in London that I don't know about?

I'm honestly pretty happy playing most games at 1080p on my TV.

Whenever I force the system to use 4k I always have issues.

Firving indies into 4k is usually not an issue.. But then again I'm playing an indie... What's the point of having a pixel game in 4k LOL?!

I've not run into anything it can't play at 1080p yet... But annoyingly it always defaults most of my games to 1080p ultra low settings.

What's everyone's comfort settings atm?

Perhaps I've not been looking hard enough. I see the odd fish n chips recommended but nothing more than that...

I really liked Shrimp Shack in Streatham, Truro in Streatham and more recently this spot called Hot n Juicy shrimp in west Dulwich. Truro is low key my fave though 😍😍😍

I actually like prawns but I hate fighting with the shells so the fact they de-shell and de-vein them if you request it is brilliant.

Prawns are really big and massive here! They do all that crab stuff too but I'm not really bothered about all that shell cracking Lol! Deffo one to add to your list.

Not too far from the station. I saw the deal on the food ordering apps so I had to go check lol.

Its called curry munch.

Long story short it was all quantity over quality - although the curry was actually okay. BUT THAT NOODLE BOX. 10 QUID.

YES I paid 10 quid for noodles that cost 10p on a naan bread lol but the seasoning and spiciness was actual decent 😅

You guys seen any more munch boxes down south?

I've been told it's actually Ghanaian spot. The lady that served me was okay.

I was gonna order a chicken Suya and a beef Suya but they had run out of chicken apparently (23rd June 1pm)

They also told me to get the beef Suya instead of the beef skewer as I get more meet for my money without the skewer taking up space in the box 😂

Anyway 40 quid and 20 Mins later I got some food to take home.

Jollof Rice was standard non smoky type. Well flavoured but not much spice for us spice professionals.

The beef Suya was surprisingly soft and well seasoned too! They put it with onions and green peppers but I'm more used to seeing it come with onions and tomatoes.

Dunno y they literally gave me half a spoonful of coleslaw for the whole meal 😂. Can't lie the flavours were good. I'd actually go back! Just need some pepper or more Suya powder on the grilled beef.

Is £10 for Jollof Rice normal?!

I actually like the tech they've got going on here.
Especially with the switchable triggers.

Its a shame only the extreme version gets hall effect sticks though. That should be throughout. Gonna be interesting to see what this Intel Arc g3 extreme chip can do.

At leasts it's not priced 1.6k like the claw. This one's more competitive!

The design choice is definitely different.
The performance seems quite legit atm!

The loaded fries were terrible don't even bother - I didn't expect anything different from morleys but still I thought this new menu was them tryna jazz things up a bit lol.

The Bossman burger was decent... Didn't really have the texture of a smash burger but they wrapped it in foil like 5 guys 😂

The double smash burger just tasted like any other regular morleys burger. Did they EVEN smash it?

One thing I can say us they've obviously done it from fresh coz they had me waiting a goof 15 mins for fast food 😂
