I read a short story in the 1970s that I'd like you to help me identify. I remember that it was an erotic horror crime story. It included a scene where a young woman was autopsied. She had been raped. But the coroner discovered that there was much more semen in her body than expected, and her vaginal canal had been split open from inside. Later on in the story the culprit is revealed to be a giant priapic demon. The protagonist discovers him and possibly a companion who is a witch. The protagonist tries to converse with the demon, but the demon simply rubs his phallus. The witch companion tells the protagonist that the demon's interests are very single-minded. A later scene, possibly the denouement, shows the demon walking down some stairs, with a monstrously huge erection. Does any of this sound familiar? Thanks.
