which of these stocks still have a strong long-term thesis?
I’ve been building a portfolio of individual stocks and would like to get some constructive feedback on my holdings.
I’m mainly interested in long-term investing, and some stocks are for swing trading. I’m trying to understand whether the original investment thesis behind these companies still makes sense and which businesses deserve further research.
Current holdings:
| Stock | Qty | Avg. Price | Current Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aarti Pharmalabs | 100 | ₹899.95 | ₹834.15 |
| TTK Healthcare | 55 | ₹1,055.00 | ₹1,099.10 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Refex Industries | 100 | ₹326.00 | ₹297.05 |
| Zydus Wellness | 50 | ₹549.00 | ₹492.70 |
| Laurus Labs | 50 | ₹1,527.50 | ₹1,801.80 |

| Praj Industries | 100 | ₹341.00 | ₹340.50 |
| Man Infraconstruction | 100 | ₹106.09 | ₹109.99 |
Based on the prices shown in my portfolio, the total invested amount is approximately ₹3.73 lakh, with the current value around ₹3.79 lakh.
I’m not concerned about a few percentage points of short-term gains/losses. What I’m trying to understand is the quality and long-term potential of the businesses.
For those who follow these companies:
- Which businesses do you think have a strong long-term fundamental case?
- Which ones have deteriorating fundamentals or a weaker thesis?
- Are there any holdings where the valuation looks concerning?
- Are there any stocks here that you would personally research more deeply before continuing to hold?
- Is having 9 individual stocks + a Gold ETF reasonable, or am I spreading my attention too much?
I’m not looking for direct buy/sell calls or personalized investment advice. I’d mainly appreciate the reasoning behind your views, fundamentals, earnings growth, debt, cash flow, valuation, competitive advantage, industry outlook, etc.
I’ve attached my portfolio screenshot for reference.
If you own any of these stocks, what is your investment thesis for holding them?
