Uwajima Suisan Buri Daikon, Braised Yellowtail and Daikon Radish in Soy Sauce.

Tried this Japanese yellowtail and daikon stew today.
The yellowtail was surprisingly tender and flaky, and the daikon had soaked up all the savory soy broth. It tasted like a comforting homemade stew rather than typical canned fish. I ate it with crackers, salami, and dates, and it paired really well. If you like traditional Japanese flavors or want to try something different, I’d definitely recommend giving it a shot. I’d buy it again.
