A little update from the mod
Good morning, good afternoon, good night, etc.
I randomly decided to give a little update for the subreddit.
We''re currently at 2.5k members, 125 total posts, and a whopping 140k total views since the subreddit was created. No clue how that compares to other subreddits, but I feel like r/SteppePosting has grown faster than the other subreddits I've moderated. Congratulations everyone!
There have been several posts I've approved that got multiple reports, and several posts that I removed that got zero reports. I would prefer if y'all abused the report button: if you see a post that breaks this subreddit's rules, please report it so I can remove it. However, if you just don't like a post please don't report it; that wastes mine and the admin's time.
We've also had a lot of posts recently from unique users! While I enjoy posting reels and making crappy memes, I'm glad to see that this subreddit is starting to have some more active posters. If you've posted here: great job!
Also, just another reminder that we do have a discord server which we share with r/MongolHistoryMemes. If you are interested in further discussion about the steppe, or just to talk about random stuff, feel free to join.
