How do I get nice thighs and ass?

So I basically want to start training for it, but I am also currently loosing fat, so I thought maybe the best for me will be recomposition?

It is also important to mention that I am only 14, so I can't do something too harsh. And how much proteins do I need to eat?

And I also want to make them look flat and nice and not muscular or veiny.

My parameters: 96 kg (211.644 lbs), 187 cm height (6'1.622). Any help would be appreciated.

Am I too tall? (187 cm ~6'1.6)

Maybe this question was already asked a lot, but I am unsure about it, just seems that someone tall as me will look funny and ridiculous as a femboy, and that this will look dumb. So am I to tall to be a femboy?

I need help to understand why my engine configs aren`t working, and how to fix them.

So I wanted to port the metallic hydrogen engine from the older version of FFT, absolutely everything worked fine, the engine worked correctly, and I even made waterfall configs for it (they are in the image). But the engine haven`t shown in the tech tree from start, when I started from scrach I managed to make it apear in the basic tree node (nuclear propulsion), but I wanted to move it to expNuclearPower, but the engine didn`t move. To move it to expNuclearPropulsion I wrote a cfg file for it (it is in the link), the engine still hadn`t moved although in the MM (module manager) cache was correct.
