Hi all whats everyones experince with freedom mobile thinking of leaving telus for abit and then getting freeodm mobile, im gonna get bell after when i wanna get a new phone but anyways whats everyones experince around abbotsford aldergrove mission bc chilliwack hope? does nationwide have 5G yet? hows roaming in the usa is there 5G on verzion att and t-mobile? I been with every provider since 2009 i been with wind mobile and freedom mobile kind of bad.

This a rant I’m trying to join freedom mobile for my dad and the agent she’s being the biggest pain in my ass I have a promo code to come back to freedom mobile I never dealt with a more pain in the ass company then Telus and freedom like holly fuck.

Man these call centre employees are so hard to deal with what happened to Canadian based call centre we need to stop doing over sea like for fuck sakes.

Man what’s the point of having Telus mobility with 250gb of data lmao if you can’t even stream Any videos without having to use a VPN.

Tbh most of the time I get 1-2 bars or if I’m lucky 4 bars even tho the nearest tower to me is like 9 minutes away.

5G is meh.

Remember along time ago when Telus mobility used to be reliable and it was worth getting now it’s like meh.

Tbh telus needs to bring back live chat support this shitty expert messaging pisses the shit out of me with live chat you could message someone and they get back to you pretty quick expert messaging fing hell man no one chats back quick either you spenda painfill 2 hours on hold on the phone or you use there messaging service that barely works half of the time. Lastly why is everything about telus so diffcult like ugh.
