Hi! So my hair is pretty fine and thin I believe- also I believe it’s lower porosity. I have some damage from swimming competitively in chlorine, and a bit of heat damage.
I’ve tried some products, but I don’t know if they’re right. I do know that I’m not really a fan of mousse or foam, because I feel like it doesn’t rlly do anything or define it at all, but also gel is heavy for my fine hair. After some trial and error I’ve decided on ogx Moroccan curl cream and maybe a little eco olive hair gel if I want more definition. Eco works fine, but I can’t use too much and it also kinda gives me breakouts 😭 I only recently started treating my hair as wavy/curly, but I’ve found the way that works best is literally brushing my wet hair over my head and scrunching 🥲 ik it’s not recommended..
Routine: Miele shampoo,Marc Anthony conditioner, and ogx Moroccan cream and air dry it. Fake satin pillowcase with hair down at night. Any advice?

Hi! I’m a 22yo female at around 5ft 3 and I gained like 40 pounds within the past 2 years. I’m now at 190 and determined to get back to 150 (and then progressively maybe lose 10-15 more). Some background, I used to be an athlete and did swimming and rowing. Until around freshman year in college. I’m a senior now, and have been lightly active with like Pilates and the gym here and there 😭 I’m pretty sure I lost a good bit of muscle and replaced it with fat.
Anyways, I’m thinking around 1500 calories- 139 g carb max, 53g fat max, 139g protein max? and 8-10k steps a day, exercising at least 4x a week with the gym? Then likely increase gym frequency if I’m able. Does this seem good? I’m struggling to get enough protein so lmk any tips 😭😭
