So in episode 2 when we get to the part where we have to open the locked up barn door, ya know find the muli-tool, distract Andy. Well the player can chose to walk away instend which will trigger this cutscene

Why didnt Adam exterminate imps instend of sinners? Is he stupid?

You might think the first man would spare sinners cause they used to be humans and imps ware never human so Adam has no connection twords them. Also Heaven says Hell is way too "Over-populated", wouldn't it make more sense to hunt the imps cause they are more? Oh, and also also I feel like sinners are more important then imps, plus Imps dont do anything special, while sinners are important...
