I’m at my wits end because I’ve tried many “solutions”
There has been a growing trend in online communities I've noticed recently of people pointing out that many "right wing" or other black creators may be plants from the FBI or CIA as a way to spread propaganda to influence Black Americans in some way, shape, or form.
I want to learn more about this topic and where this sentiment came from, Is it true? Is there any evidence or theories backing this up? I keep seeing it pop on up in comment sections related to these sorts of creators and I'm curious to learn more. I hope I do not come off as ignorant.
It can be DC, Marvel, or other titles you really enjoy!! I'm scouting for really good runs to read!! Not enough options to include some marvel superheroes but I'm a spiderman, Deadpool, gwenpool, captain America, miles morales, fantastic 4, and X-Men girlie!!
Also notable shout-out to the endless!! I'm looking for black comics/titles with black main characters!!
Curious for which actor you think would best fit the role or who you most likely think may be casted. The actor must also be young as Marvel is looking to reintroduce a new decade of heroes to the general audiance that may or may not be familiar with the x-men yet.
My personal pick is Laura Kariuki. She's 5'10, (Storm is 5'11) Kenyan. (Storms background has roots in Kenya) Now personally her AGE(28 is really young to be honest but to marvel it may not be) MIGHT be a little on the older side as she's 28 and Marvel is mainly looking to cast younger 19-26 year old actors, though she is a rising star and she's starred in movies/shows like Tapeworm.
I'm curious on who y'all think might be casted or who your fan favorite/personal favorite might be!!
Whatever they do I just hope it's not a slap in the face when they cast a light skinned biracial black woman with eurocentric feutrues (depending on what she's mixed with) to play the darksinned weather godess and Omega level mutant.
I love my mixed and biracial/lightskinned girlies and they definitely deserve their flowers, although I'd like to see some of us darker skinned women getting the spotlight too😩
I used to wonder why everyone would date so young back in middle school, and whenever I did fantasize about sex, the fantasies were always unrealistic or EXTREMELY exaggerated. I also had a repulsion to genitals in real life as opposed to ones on fictional characters, eventually this got better as I myself has genitals too but I still couldn't handle the idea of doing it in real life/with the opposite gender when it came to sex. It was also other kids or seniors telling me I was too young to be asexual (for some reason they thought aegosexual was just the same thing as asexual and they'd get confused )
And when I'd explain it to them they'd pull out the good old, "You haven't done it yet so how do you know?"
It wasn't even just that. I also enjoyed reading alot of fanfiction back then and still do. Many of which contained erotic content that I felt comfortable visualizing but generally would only stick to ships with mlm or wlw media. (This was also my pan awakening lol)
I liked the idea of fictional characters because then I'd be completely removed from the situation. I admit I did have fantasies of people I liked romantically but like I said they were usually EXTREMELY exaggerated or unrealistic. And the thought of actually doing it with the perosn in real life always made me feel uncomfortable.
As a result I'd often dip before things could escalete towards a romantic relationship, not because I didn't want one. But because of the eventual dread of the deed that would come with it.
Also word to note although I generally describe myself as aegosexual, I also identify with multiple mircolabels such as lithosexual/orchidsexual or akoisexual!! (Not sure if multi labeling is generally accepted but along with aegosexual these are the other identities I've felt most connected too) :))
It sucks but I'm working on myself and discovering my sexuality. So this subreddit has been refreshing to see!
Curious on everyone else's experiences here!! :)
I wanted to get a more educated perspective from you all on this topic. I do think it's important for people to learn the orgins of Jirai Kei and why certain elements of the subculture are the way they are.
I'm 15 and I have internalized misogyny, I'm fully aware of this fact, along with internalized homophobia and racism/colorism. I've chosen I want to spend each year deconstructing each one of these aspects of myself and for the new year of 2027 and now I want to start working on my misogyny.
Although I know it can take years to fully overcome these aspects of myself. I'd like to start working on them from an early age until I'm an adult and can fully afford therapy.
I've always struggled with comparing myself to other girls, girls who are lighter skinned than me, girls who are skinnier with a big bust and skinny waist, and girls who seemingly have the ability to naturally attarct anyone they'd want.
This has extended to female characters too in media for me, It's always been rare for me to learn how to appreciate female characters without viewing them as lesser compared to their male peers.
Also with colorism, I notice I tend to get the most jelous of lighter skinned girls or characters due to being a darker skinned girl myself and finding it difficult to relate to them due to lack of representation or shared expreince.
But internalized misogyny does not really have a color does it? I've also had the notion that natural body functions like periods were disgusting because from an early age I was taught to always hide it when I was on mine
I remember my dad being disgusted when he saw my period wipes in the trash can one morning and he'd called my mom only for her to tell me that I had to keep it in secret.
I also struggled alot with body dysmorphia due to having a bodily disorder and getting surgery from an early age.
I also catch myself secretly hoping bad things happen to my female peers, even if I don't mean it in my head these feelings can manifest as thoughts of jealousy and competiton.
Thinking I'm better than them simply because I may know more than them/might be prettier than them. this also applies online whenever I see women with bigger busts as I atoumaticlly start to assiocate their body with sexual motives even if the video itself is not presented in that way.
It doesn't help the fact that I'm attracted to women too yet rarely consume wlw media, it feels like I'm running away from an aspect of myself and also finding the thought of lesbian sex disgusting. (I'm aware of the fact that this is also internalized homophobia)
I don't know how exactly I can start. I did try to watch some animes and shows with women as main characters, and I loved some of them especially Freiren!
But I want to dive deeper. Should I start reading feminist books? I already mainly have female freinds but do I need to make more of an effort to show up for them? What do I do?
I've seen this term mainly used on apps like TikTok and twitter as an umbrella term to describe styles like jojifuku and specifically hyperfeme Jfashion styles or coquette. From what I've learned the name gained popularity in 2020-2022 as Jfashion become more publicly known.
Back then there was an online discourse that using the term "kawaii" was racist and a form of cultural appropriation and reinforced stereotypes about east Asian people being submissive, innocent and quiet. There was also a push on people using the term "kawaii" in place of cute in English and that it was culturally insensitive.
As a result, people began using the term cutecore instead. Under cutecore, styles like jojifuku were the main segment way when people would visualize the style, they also began grouping other Jfashion styles such as Himekaji, Lolita, hime gyaru, or Jira Kei under the umbrella.
Nowadays, several new terms have also sprung up into place such as "cutegore" which is very similar to cute core but instead it utilizes unsettling horror themes and the uncanny while still retaining that cutecore style.
I'm curious on what you all's thoughts are on the term itself!
It’s my first video and I’m worried on whether it could be taken down or not. I doubt the creator will ever see the video because I have so little if not zero subscribers. But I’m still worried since I learned it’s possible for them to strike the video down.
The drama I plan to talk about, (I hate using the word drama in this specific situation) involved the creator themselves doing something really weird that harmed a community I’m involved in.
The contents of what they did has been talked by other people mainly on tiktok. Who have used her clips and video uploads.
But I’ve seen clips of her uploaded on youtube too. Even through to an hour long in a livestream she was in. Should I be worried? I don’t plan to use any music or audios and will instead replace it with copyright free music.
I also plan to credit every creator I talk about in the video.

I’m at a loss
This is literally one of the prettiest dresses I’ve seen, I’ve been looking for a similar dress with a silhouette like this being a mix of lolita elements and jirai kei. (Obviously not the lolita silhouette but more closely the jirai one)
If anyone knows where I can find something like this that’s pink with a similar silhouette please help!!
I bought this secondhand from goodwill. It’s missing parts and that was not disclosed. I do not know what to do.
The model is a kenmore sewing machine model 385.15408500

I want a sewing machine that can handle the occasional denim project and fairly easy to thread. And I won't mind buying a needle threader for it either.
Whichever one take the vote I will buy by the end of today. Since my deadlines running out.
Both sewing machines come with a foot pedal and coord, both tested. The kenmores condition is vague but it's tested as stated in the title.
I'm not sure about the condition of the manuals but I will ask costumer service about that. But I believe they may not be that hard to find.

I spend alot of time looking for Jfashion clothes which are usually expensive for me 😞And in the end I usually don't have money left over to spend for anything like plushies or posters. I need help deciding with DIY options. We also don't have a printer in our house and I'm not really allowed to go outside so I'm pretty much left at fault..
I have so many cute clothes and outfits to style but I always get sad whenever I want to take a photo to show them off and my room looks extremely boring.
Not to mention my mom literally puts her entire closet in my room..
I get so jealous when I see the Jfashion girlies on here and online with such cute rooms!!
I need ideas for DIY and recommendations! If they are any youtubers out there or DIY ideas!
Saw this and had to share lol, there was the actual bag on the next slide though at least. 😭
