I am feeling robbed
I've spent all my childhood being raised on space and scientific documentaries, reading atlases and journals, watching sci-fi and enjoying both domestic and international media, believing that the age of wars is truly over and i will watch humans landing on Mars in my lifetime.
Maybe it's informational age with its information availability. Maybe its me growing up. But i just cannot believe how governments all around the world became so retarded overnight

Is current binary hardware even capable of achieving AGI?
AI is an amazing little tool, but it feels like the industry have hit a plateau. And without major changes to the hardware itself and the computational logic, the only solution is building a non feasible amount of data centers because stopping the ride would mean USA economic collapse akin to 2008
