Even with so many new characters i still like it when the mechanics are simple.

To be honest, having a character with dual pistols and a motorcycle, one literally having an infinite jetpack, other with melee combo mechanics, etc it's cool. But i'm still hoping for characters with two abilities and a simple shot, projectile, hitscan, whatever, i still really like the simple ones!

Arc Raiders is a unique experience

These last few months that I've been playing, taking breaks, seeing the community divide, players quitting, players fighting to keep the game going... it made me realize I'll never have another experience like this.

I've participated in so many games and communities, even after going through season 1 and a bit of season 2 of marathon, it made me realize that this might be the only truly unique experience I've had in an online game. The people I met and talked to, the laughs and confusion about who shot who, helping those who were downed to extract, entering PvP and feeling like it was one against all, the OSTs in my ears, the menu having a great personality that made me feel part of Speranza...

This is the only online game that, after getting home from work, I can play knowing I won't get stressed, that I'll have good times or even some good shootouts. I know many people stopped playing because of the difficulties, cheaters, PvE vs PvP, but even with all that, I know this game will be okay, that the community will still support this incredible experience.

See you at the topside Raiders!

I'm trying to use mods, which ones you guys use for customization like this?

This is my first time using mods, so I don't know which ones to use to customize male/female V. I downloaded collections, but they were quite confusing and didn't seem to have many customization options.

Do you guys also equip the classic skins?

I sometimes leave the heroes in their classic skins when I miss the original models, not to mention that compared to the standard Overwatch 2 models, the classic ones are better.

I just wanted the option of a "classic" HUD in the menu and main menu.

I got a jumpscare in a sub where i never thought I'd see something about Marathon

Translating: "I would play Marathon if it had hot characters, but it only has woke characters"

"Most normal Marathon fanart:"

Maybe I'm stupid

On my first playthrough, i established a base in the starting area, resulting in constantly going back and forth in the endgame. However in this second playthrough i realized i could have established a base or a second base in the "final" area, given the amount of resources there.

It was like: "Oh, there are plenty of necessary resources here for a base, and even food"

* realization *

"oh......could just build a base right here"

I don't know what to do anymore

I truly love the vibe of this game, my first extraction shooter, It was the first time i was part of a community that seemed alive within the game, with interactions, groups, taking down and dismantling ARCs, but now?... After months I've reduced how often i play, now i just enter the menu and observe...

I've played a match or two, i see others being friendly and focusing on PvE. Sometimes i go in thinking about doing PvP just to break my pattern, but i quickly give up so i don't seem like a jerk and ruin other people's experience. I've never done an expedition, I've sold my entire inventory several times, and I've reset my skill tree multiple times too...

In the few matches i play, i try to get better loot, i try to look for things I've never found before, but it ends up being a huge grind. Riven Tides seemed like it was going to bring back my desire to play, but it didn't work. I gave my opinions on the map here, but nothing more. I really don't know what to do. I love the atmosphere of this game and the soundtracks, i like combat with arcs (when there aren't 30 drones bothering me), participating in "events" where the lobby is trying to take down a queen... but why has my desire to play decreased so much? I got Marathon and liked it... but it's closer to Apex Legends than anything else... nothing like how i felt in Arc the first time...

Why has this game become just a distant memory for me?.....

Has anyone else felt this way?....

Ok blizzard, now is a good time for it

After seeing the new hero, i was blown away, it would be great to have her as Lucy right away, since of the heroes we already have, I had no idea who it could be lucy.

How does the game OSTs work in videos and live streams?

Basically, i want to start recording videos and live streams, using background music that i really like, including Risk of Rain 2 and Deltarune for example. But how can i legally use them and from Cult of the Lamb? I love alot of the game osts and it gives a great feeling of comfort!!!!

I'm really want to see a Voyagers 2.0.

The current way of assembling corvettes is quite...limited, yes there are ways to get around this whether by using part X to rotate part Y, or even just using it as a placeholder and then deleting it.

I would love to see an update to improve this, so we don't have to rely on bugs or other methods just to have a cool ship.

Having actual wing parts for a corvette would be much more interesting than having to use parts to form one. Wings that activate and open, others maybe like sails being solar panels, you know? Not to mention updating the grid, making it possible to rotate in any direction and combine parts thst would obviously be possible but the current grid doesn't allow. Along with several other new parts, what i really want is a better grid to build my Corvette without using any method or anything like that.

I think Sentinel is my new favorite design

All the shells (except ROOK) They have human characteristics that make you identify with them or be attracted to them, they have expressions, eyes, mouths, you can get a sense of what they are thinking, what they are feeling With every expression they make, in the season 2 trailer you can see Vandal trembling, eyes shaking, Triage breathing heavily, thinking about what to do.

But Sentinel? It's a helmet, with zero visual connection to the eyes, mouth and face, making it difficult to know what they're feeling or thinking. So how do you know what they're going to do or what they're feeling? Body language. The helmet visor is stylish, along with the helmet itself, the clothing, the vest, everything about this shell really caught my attention, not to mention the "panel" on the left arm. I'm eager to see what this shell is capable of.

As a Subnautica Below Zero lover...bring back Jukebox

I loved the concept of having music playing inside the base or in the Seatruck. I'd love to see that again in Subnautica 2, with the option to play the OSTs from the two previous games too!

Imagine building our base while "Lava Castle" plays...

I never even touched that gun

I recently got 3 cryo keys, so i decided to try cryo again....

After a few minutes in the run a team all in purple and that shotgun destroyed, so i thought, "Okay, maybe it's not time to use the keys, I'll save the two i have left for when i can use them." In subsequent runs where I've tried to get more items, I've not only encountered the same team again, but also other teams with the same weapon, with 1 to 3 squad members using it.

Where can I find a vending machine for this shotgun?-

No, but seriously, from the times I've tried cryo, maybe playing cryo is too meta and sweaty for my casual ass. And is end of the season, so i know that people have this weapon loaded with gold mods.

Sometimes the urge to buy is stronger than me....

And many times i don't even use it, i just buy it for the sake of having it.

What kind of environment do you expect for future maps?

I really hope we get new fun maps with events just like outpost. I have one environments I'd like to see in the future: a snowy map being on a residential area for colonists.

Up until now, what we've seen of the colonists are research and agricultural areas, i don't recall anything residential, so why not a map of it? A large area that was once home to the colonists and researchers, however a destructive blizzard ended up destroying the place, the AI present did not have warned them about the upcoming event because it was malfunctioning (just like in Dire Marsh there is an "infected" AI)

So the map would focus heavily on destroyed residences, some covered in snow, others buried, some still "intact" with small artifacts inside depicting how the colonists lived there, and also a possible enormous tower indicating the weather conditions, things like that. The event on the map could be simple: start a blizzard where you become slow and partially obscure your vision. but i also thought of something like: during the blizzard it would still be possible to run, it also double the shell cooling rate and allow you to run for longer, however if you stay too long without running and heating up your shell, you would risk freezing, slowing down your character.

What do you think? What kind of map do you expect to see in the future?

I hope we have a character similar to Venture

When i say similar to them, i mean in personality. I would love to see a new hero who is a marine biologist, speaking with passion and affection about marine species on certain maps, Example: when it's a match on Paraíso they could talk about tropical marine species there, or on the Arctic Peninsula and comment on orcas!!

I love Venture because of the gameplay, but the personality too! The way they talk about things around them on a "historical" map, gives the character an incredible charm. Regarding the gameplay and appearance of the character in question, I'm not very sure, but a hero related to maritime things would definitely catch my attention! Do you guys have anything like that in mind, or other types?

I was going to make something in Blender that looked a lot like the image above, basically a depressed assassin with two dead teammates... but my cats had other plans and decided to knock my monitor over while i was playing. I went to the kitchen to get something, and when i came back... the monitor was on the floor.

I'm trying to recreate a Cyberpunk 2077 moment but in marathon....assassin ended up looking a bit...silly
