Hello everyone and welcome to the Jubilee Megaguide!

>I’ve been slowly working on this since she released, using posts I’ve made and others have made to help out, planning to release with the launch of 9.5 and here we are! In this thread, we go over: who Jubilee is, what she does, team-up’s, who she synergizes with best, general rotation for her playstyle & other useful tips and tricks that’ll help you out in your matches. If you still have questions after reading this thread, feel free to make a post for it!

🎆 Character Intro 🎆

Who is Jubilee?

>Who is Jubilee? Jubilee is the 52nd released Hero to Marvel Rivals, a ☆ 4-Star Strategist with 275 base HP. She’s a mutant with the ability to generate explosive plasma, shaping it into forms of bright projectiles with a touch of vampiric ability. 

What does she do?

>Jubilee is a healer that I would say that excels in AOE healing and damage when people are clumped together, staying close towards the front-line. She is arguably, an aggressive main healer and strong when in the right hands. 

🎆 Jubilee Kit & Abilities 🎆

M1

>“Energy Plasmoids”, this  is your main way of attacking, healing, charging up your bubbles, and so on. At its base form, it is a projectile attack. 

M2
CD: 12s
Lasts 6s at base > Upgraded increases by 6s

>“Blooming Ball” throws down your orb doing damage and healing over time to those within it’s radius. Hitting the center orb within the ball will increase its size. It doing damage and healing to those inside will also passively increase it. 

Shift 
CD: 4s 
Full Bar = 4-5s

>“Sparkling Sprint” is our tool of charging orbs up quickly, survival, and a way to get to point quickly. When your shift is active, your ammo will stop counting down, becoming infinite so long as active and you’ll be able to jump high vertically. Your shift (ending early with recast or running out the bar fully) ending will make you do the small heal to yourself + allies and push back enemies. 

E 
CD: 12s

>“Dazzling Detonation” is what will apply your Sparkle Mark for your P1. Additionally, it’ll add a blind and vulnerability to enemies while giving allies a heal and speed boost. I like to time it for an ally DPS ulting at times. To trigger the detonation of the orb, you must see it within your LoS. 

F

>Recall or Retrieve Blooming Ball. This is good for when your ball is following someone you don’t want it to (I.E. a flyer), your team has pushed past it, or otherwise. Holding down F for ~1s will remove all orbs on the playing field, even if you are not currently within LOS/looking at them. 

P1
Lasts ~5-6s 

>“Sparkle Mark” leaves an icon above health bars of those who were hit. Attacking those with this icon increases your M1’s attack speed. Hitting people with your Sparkle mark will enhance your attack and give you infinite ammo (stopping at the amount you had prior to its start) for the duration. 

Q
Duration: 10s

>“Firework Finale” is your ultimate. It does healing, damage, and applies your sparkle mark to those within your circle. Enemies not hit by the original ult Q (originally not hit when you first Ult) will be sparkled if you run over them with your circle. Hitting your Q x2 will cause a small bump to happen to enemies. Good to use to bump people off in OT or Invis ult!

General Rotation

>M2 > M1 on M2 > E when full / 3+ Targets > Hit 1st P1 > M2 > M1 on M2 > Attack/Heals other surrounding > Refresh
*If you have the Hood team-up & you do things right, you should be able to have your enhanced up 24/7 or close to, your E coming back up when the enhancement fades.

🎆 Team-up’s & Synergies 🎆

Teamups

>Jubilee has two Team-ups that exist as of Season 9.5: The Hood & Blade.

Blade (C Ability)  -

>Base: Deploy a field that grants Life Steal to those that are standing within the circle. 
Enhanced: The circle now provides an extra continuous heal onto those standing inside. 

The Hood (Passive) - 

>Base: When your attack speed is increased with either shift or sparkle mark, your M1 is now turned into a hitscan attack, becomes capable of crit hits, and self-healing when attacking.  
Enhanced: When you hit someone with your sparkle mark, it doesn’t clear instantly now. This means you can keep your enhancement to the max until the Sparkle mark runs out naturally and by the time that runs out fully, you can reapply it, having it up 24/7 or with little down time (1-2s)

>Our community, as a majority, believe The Hood team-up is our #1, to use Blade's team-up is troll. It’s healing isn’t enough and usually your team isn't stacking well enough to make it work well. 

Synergies

>Any non-mentioned champ’s, I just don’t think there’s anything in particular needed to mention about them. Just because they aren’t mentioned doesn’t mean they’re bad, just I would place them in the middle probably because they don’t exactly provide something needed for Jubilee in a way but are still good/at least okay.

Tanks – 

✅

>Magneto: I always appreciate a Magneto on my team. I usually ask him to protect me with his bubble when I ult if there's any chance I could be killed during it.
The Hood: Him on our team gives the enhanced team up, It helps keep your enhanced attack up consistently if you struggle without. Not necessary but very nice.  

❌

>Groot: Playing with a Groot can be considered a troll. Our orbs AOE and can unintentionally do damage to your ally Groot walls making them fall sooner than they should.
Angela: I feel she’s two of our worst nightmare’s: a flying hero and also someone who isn’t playing with the team but usually in the backline. Hard to keep up at times.

Duelists –

>Majority Dive Champs: It’s the same reasoning as Angela basically. They usually aren’t playing within our Bubbles and make it hard to hit a projectile attack. 

Strategists –

✅

>Rocket: A majority, when asked, said that they felt the best co-strategist they could really rely on was Rocket. I agree and do feel like rocket is a pretty relaxed, all-around strategist. 
Mantis: I would say this more depends on the rank. I feel like many Mantis players I’ve been with, I can rely on and are fairly strong.

>Invisible Woman: Currently, if I have an Invisible woman teammate I ask them to change their team up to the Fantastic team up as Torch’s shield can bug our M1 (to my knowledge, still not fixed), if they don’t swap, it becomes either a choice of dodge her shield in fear of it bugging or swap. 

🎆 Strengths and Weaknesses 🎆

Strengths

>She’s really great in teams that are more stuck together due to the AOE healing and damage she does
Has really good damage output. In times of 1v1, from my experience, Jubilee can win them a fair bit of the time.
Her providing a group vulnerability and blind for her team is a strength I’d argue, I always like to try and pop a ball when I see any DPS ult. 
Is pretty good at helping your team make space with your bubbles positioning. 
WEAK AGAINST DIVE IS PROPAGANDA!!! I would say Jubilee isn’t really weak against Dive if properly rotating abilities and hitting shots when enhanced.

Weaknesses

>Jubilee’s M1 healing by itself is fairly weak and slow. You shouldn’t heal someone JUST from your primary, you must weave in the use of your abilities which most Strategist’s don’t. 
Her healing orbs move extremely slow when they’re put out so aim to make sure they’re in good positioning when going down
When her teammates are scattered around the map and not together, it gets a bit hard to do healing on her.
She doesn’t have a lot of quick healing so burst damage can really get her or a teammate down fast. 

🎆 Mini Tips & Tricks 🎆

>Holding down your F for 1s will cause all orbs on the battlefield to be retrieved. You do not need to be LOS / looking at the orbs for this to work. See video here. 
If your Hood team-up isn't enhanced, try not to hit all your sparkle marks at once and rather time them out so you can keep your enhancement longer.
Using your Ult to counter someone else's like Invisible Woman is ok usage imo. Make sure that you are using your Q x2 to bump them out of her or other ults. 
Just remember: your most important ability is your M2 / Balls! Make sure they are on someone at all times and if not, retrieve them so you can place them better!
If there’s an enemy Magneto, you will be a target for his ultimate. Aim to save your Shift ability so you can move and prepare to jump away as / before he throws.
Some people argue to blow up his rock with your enhanced attack BUT I have personally had some difficulties with this and killed myself more than not. Take this tip as you dare.
