[Selling] Looking to Sell my AI SaaS: $1.8K revenue in 3.5 months, <$45/month in costs

I’m looking to sell a launched AI SaaS focused on X/Twitter growth, content creation, engagement, and lead generation.

The product has been live for approximately 3.5 months and has generated revenue with very limited marketing, no paid advertising, and minimal ongoing maintenance.

Business overview

  • Revenue: $1,800 in the first 3.5 months
  • Revenue model: Lifetime deals
  • Current recurring revenue: None yet
  • Profit margin: Approximately 92%
  • Monthly operating costs: Under $45/month, potentially reducible to $0
  • Website traffic: Approximately 1,500 visitors in the last 3 months
  • Average order value: $80–$100
  • Refunds: None so far
  • Customer feedback: Overwhelmingly positive

What the product does

The software is an AI-powered X growth and lead-generation tool that helps users:

  • Generate contextual AI replies
  • Create original posts
  • Train custom writing styles
  • Monitor keywords and conversations
  • Track target accounts with watchlists
  • Draft outreach and direct messages
  • Automate parts of their organic growth workflow
  • Use their own preferred AI provider and model

The product uses a BYOK model, meaning customers connect their own AI provider and pay their own AI usage costs. This keeps infrastructure and operating expenses very low for the owner.

Target market

The product is suitable for:

  • Founders
  • Creators
  • Agencies
  • Developers
  • Digital marketers
  • Lead-generation professionals
  • Local SEO providers
  • Sales and outreach teams
  • Personal brands
  • Growth consultants

Technology and infrastructure

  • Website: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Browser extension: TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
  • Hosting: Cloudflare
  • Payments: Dodo Payments
  • Email: Resend
  • Analytics: Umami
  • Domain management: Spaceship
  • Account-based licensing system
  • Custom-built affiliate platform using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Resend

The sale also includes access to up to $10,000 in Cloudflare credits, subject to transfer eligibility and any applicable expiration or account restrictions.

Growth opportunity

The product has received very little promotion so far:

  • No paid advertising
  • No major SEO campaign
  • No large affiliate program
  • Only a few Facebook group affiliate partnerships

A buyer with experience in SaaS marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, affiliates, partnerships, or X growth could potentially scale the business significantly.

There is also a recently established revenue-share partnership with an established distribution platform. I’m not naming the platform publicly, but relevant details can be shared with serious buyers during due diligence.

The current lifetime-deal model could also be transitioned into a recurring subscription SaaS model.

Operations

The product is currently low-touch and mostly automated. Ongoing work mainly consists of occasional customer support, maintenance, and periodic product updates.

Reason for selling

I need the capital now because of a family emergency.

Asking price

$6,000

The price is slightly negotiable for a serious buyer who can move quickly.

Please contact me only if you have genuine acquisition intent. I’m happy to provide additional information, revenue evidence, analytics, product access, and technical details during a serious due-diligence process.

[Selling] Looking to sell for my saas with $1.8k Revenue in 3.5 month

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to either sell my saas which has been launch for 3 and a half month now

Here’s a quick breakdown:

Revenue: $1800 in the last 3.5 month (Launched 3.5 month ago), all sales are Lifetime deals

Profit Margin: 92%

Traffic: ~ 1500 website visitors in the last 3 months

AOV: $80–$100

Operational Costs: <$45/month (could also be run for 0$)

Sales Channels: Few Facebook group affiliates. No paid ads or major marketing efforts so far.

Maintenance: Very low-touch. Mostly automated, with occasional customer support and maybe a minor update every 6–12 months.

Reason for Selling: Need the money now due to family emergency

User Sentiment: Overwhelmingly positive. No refunds.

Target Market: B2C and B2B, agencies, founders, developers, lead gen professionals, local SEO providers, digital marketers.

What It Does: AI-enhanced X growth and lead generation tool with no ongoing API costs.

Tech Stack:

Website: Next.js, Typescript, Tailwindcss Dodo payments, Resend, Cloudflare, Umami, Spaceship

App: Typescript, TailwindCSS, with an account based licensing system

Affiliate Software(Custom made) : Next.js, Typescript, Tailwindcss, Resend

It’s also structured in a way that makes transitioning to a SaaS model pretty straightforward.

I haven’t done much to promote it. I genuinely believe that someone with the right skills could scale it far beyond what I’ve done. I partnered up with a large platform with a revenue share program before a week ago, that could bring a lot of revenue in the near future.

Please contact me only if you are really interested in acquiring it. I will not be replying to people who are just curious, asking questions without intent to buy.

I built a tool to automate my X (Twitter) pipeline using BYOK and local AI models

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a project I have been working on called Tweetback. It started out as a simple AI reply utility, but I recently rebuilt it into a unified workspace to handle the entire X growth loop directly inside the browser.

The main issue I had with existing tools (like TweetHunter or Typefully) was the high monthly subscription cost and the generic, robotic feel of standard AI drafts. I wanted to build something that was highly personalized, cost-effective, and lived right inside the X interface.

Here is a breakdown of what the workspace does:

  1. Post Scheduler and AI Image Designer: Plan and queue posts in a calendar using viral structures (contrarian posts, playbooks, frameworks) and auto-generate matching quote cards or checklists.
  2. Smart Lead Finder: A social listening HUD that monitors keywords on your timeline and search pages in real time to flag buyer intent or competitor mentions.
  3. AI DM Assistant: Scrapes profile context, bio, and recent tweets to draft personalized outreach messages directly inside your X direct messages.
  4. Style Training: Scrapes and analyzes tweets to build a custom style guide, allowing the AI to reply in your brand voice instead of sounding like generic ChatGPT output.

Why I went with the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model: To keep costs low, Tweetback is a one-time purchase. Users connect their own AI provider keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Claude, OpenRouter) or run local offline models. On efficient models like Gemini Flash, $1 of API usage covers roughly 50,000 generated replies, making it significantly cheaper than monthly SaaS subscriptions.

I would love to get your honest feedback on the features, the layout, and how the tool flow feels.

How social media SaaS companies markup AI costs by 10,000%

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share some cost analysis I did on X (Twitter) marketing tools that charge $30–$90/month for "AI replies" and "content scheduling."

Most of these tools are just simple wrappers around OpenAI or Gemini API calls. Let's look at the actual markup math:

  • SaaS Monthly Plan: $49/mo (often capped at 1,000 AI runs).
  • Raw API Cost (Gemini 3.5 Flash/GPT-5 mini): ~$0.000075 per average reply.
  • The Markup: To run 1,000 replies on raw API costs about *$0.07 of raw AI power a 65,000% markup.

Even on Claude 4.5 Sonnet, 1,000 replies costs less than $0.50 in raw API tokens.

How to bypass the SaaS middleman:

I got tired of these recurring fees, so I spent the last few months building a local browser extension called Tweetback.

Instead of routing your data through our servers and marking up the price, it runs locally in your browser. You connect your own API key (Gemini, Claude, Grok, OpenAI) or hook up local offline models (Ollama).

What it handles directly inside the X interface (as shown in the video):

  • Visual replies: Scans post context to suggest matching GIFs/memes and caption drafts.
  • X DM Assistant: Scans your DM histories to draft personalized follow-ups.
  • Outreach & Watchlists: Automatically sweeps target lists and queues drafts in the background.

It is a one-time lifetime license. We just launched our major workspace update today, and to celebrate, I set up a 30% launch discount code for the community

I got tired of paying 40+/mo for X (Twitter) tools, so I built a local browser extension workspace. One-time payment, BYOK/local AI.

Hey everyone,

Like many of you, I use X to share updates, connect with potential customers, and build an audience. But the monthly subscriptions for social schedulers and AI assistants (like TweetHunter or Typefully) are getting out of hand often 30*-*90$ a month just to draft posts and automate lists.

So I spent the last few months building Tweetback, a local workspace that runs entirely in your browser.

Why I built it this way:

  1. Zero Monthly Subscription: It's a one-time payment for a lifetime license.
  2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You connect your own API keys (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, OpenRouter) or run local offline models (Ollama, LM Studio). Using Gemini Flash, $1 covers roughly 100,000 replies.
  3. Local & Private: Your prompts, settings, and API keys stay on your own machine.

What it does (as shown in the video):

  • X DM Assistant: Scans your active DM conversation history, bio, and recent posts to draft context-appropriate introductions and follow-ups.
  • Visual Replies: Automatically analyzes posts to suggest context-matching GIFs, memes, and clips with matching caption drafts.
  • Structured Outreach Pipeline: Lets you find leads, queue priority targets, and schedule drafts from a single unified view.
  • Voice Style Profiles: Train custom voice templates so drafts match your natural writing style instead of sounding like generic AI.
  • Post Scheduler: Schedule original posts and thread sequences directly from the page layout.

We just launched this unified workspace today. To celebrate, we are running a 30% launch discount on our lifetime tiers (no subscriptions).

Would love to know what you think of the local-first/BYOK model. Happy to answer any questions!

I’ll train a custom AI writing style for your X (Twitter) profile. Drop your handle in the comments.

Hey guys,

Generic AI replies like "Great post! Thanks for sharing!" don't build trust or followers. To grow, you need your AI assistance to match your actual voice, writing style, and formatting.

I’m spending the next 6 hours training custom AI voice profiles for free.

Drop your X handle in the comments below, and I will:

  1. Scan your recent posts and bio.
  2. Analyze your writing formatting, tone, sentence lengths, and vocabulary style.
  3. Reply with a custom-tailored system prompt configuration you can copy-paste into ChatGPT or Claude to make it sound exactly like you.

Why am I doing this? I recently built Tweetback, a local browser extension workspace that automates priority list sweeps, visual replies, and DM outreach on X. I want to demonstrate how powerful custom voice training is when integrated directly into the feed.

Let’s see what your profile writes like. Drop your X handle below!

Looking to sell for my extension with $1.1k Revenue in 2 month (with minimal marketing) + $10k cloudflare credits

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to either sell my extension which is available on chrome, microsoft edge and firefox(both desktop and android)

Here’s a quick breakdown:

Revenue: $1100 in the last 2 month (Launched 2 month ago)

Credits: have gotten $10k cloudflare credits that will last for 12 month

Profit Margin: 95%

Traffic: ~ 700 website visitors in the last 2 months

AOV: $80–$100

Operational Costs: <$40/month (could also be run for 0$)

Sales Channels: Entirely organic few Reddit posts and a few Facebook group affiliates. No paid ads or major marketing efforts so far.

Maintenance: Very low-touch. Mostly automated, with occasional customer support and maybe a minor update every 6–12 months.

Reason for Selling: I work full-time and currently don't have the time or energy to make content, or do reach outs or try to market it daily, and honestly, marketing just isn’t my thing. It’s a solid product with great feedback, but it deserves more attention than I’ve been able to give it.

User Sentiment: Overwhelmingly positive. No refunds.

Target Market: B2C and B2B, agencies, founders, developers, lead gen professionals, local SEO providers, digital marketers.

What It Does: AI-enhanced X growth and lead generation tool with no ongoing API costs.

Tech Stack:

Website: Next.js, Typescript, Tailwindcss Dodo payments, Resend, Cloudflare, Umami, Spaceship

Extension: Typescript, TailwindCSS, with an account based licensing system

Afiliate software (Custom made): with admin and client dashboard to track sells, Nextjs, Typescript, Tailwindcss, vercel, resend

It’s also structured in a way that makes transitioning to a SaaS model pretty straightforward.

I haven’t done much to promote it. I genuinely believe that someone with the right skills could scale it far beyond what I’ve done. Especially in the last month the there were almost less than 200 website visitors because i haven't done a single post or any thing to market it.

Please contact me only if you are really interested in acquiring it. I will not be replying to people who are just curious, asking questions without intent to buy.

I bring:

The finished software product

Product development

Landing page

Checkout

Onboarding

Customer support

Product updates

Technical maintenance

Existing early revenue and validation

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a marketing/distribution partner who can actively bring traffic and sales.

Business Age: Around 2 months since launch/revenue.

Business Type: Online-only software business. No physical presence.

Geography: Geography is not a major factor. The product is online and can be sold globally. I’m open to a partner from any country as long as communication and execution are strong.

Currency: USD.

Current Revenue: Around $1,000 USD in the last two months.

Capital Requirement: I am not looking for investment capital. The partner is not required to invest money.

Financials & Projections: I can share revenue screenshots, sales history, pricing, traffic notes, and rough projections privately with serious potential partners.

What the Product Does

The software helps users:

Find better X posts worth replying to

Draft replies in their own writing style

Monitor keywords and accounts

Create post ideas

Speed up daily X engagement

Save time compared to manually searching for opportunities every day

The product is functional, live, and ready to sell. I believe the bottleneck is distribution, not development.

What I Bring

I bring:

The finished software product

Product development

Landing page

Checkout

Onboarding

Customer support

Product updates

Technical maintenance

Existing early revenue and validation

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a marketing/distribution partner who can actively bring traffic and sales.

Useful skills would include:

Reddit marketing

Facebook group marketing

X/Twitter audience building

Newsletter promotion

Affiliate partnerships

Influencer outreach

Paid ads

SaaS growth

Lifetime deal/community promotion

Creator or agency audience access

Proposed Partner Arrangement

I am open to a revenue-share arrangement where the partner receives 30% to 50% of revenue generated through their marketing efforts, depending on their involvement and the channels they bring.

I am not looking to hire a contractor or freelancer. I am also not asking for money. I’m looking for an active partner who can own the marketing/distribution side.

Equity or formal company ownership is open to discussion later if there is strong performance and trust, but the initial structure I have in mind is revenue share.

The partner would be able to suggest changes to positioning, pricing, onboarding, offers, marketing angles, and product direction. If we form a legal entity later, input on structure/const

Got some spare Midjourney time before my sub ends, I’ll run your prompts for free

My Midjourney sub is ending in a few days, so I figured I’d use it a bit before it runs out.

If anyone has a bunch of prompts they want to try, send them over and I can run them for free.

You can send up to 50 prompts. Midjourney gives 4 images per prompt, so that’s up to around 200 images total.

Could be for:

- characters

- wallpapers

- thumbnails

- DnD stuff

- album/book cover ideas

- game concepts

- random experiments

- whatever, as long as it’s allowed

I’ll probably only do a few people depending on how many replies I get.

No catch, just trying to use the rest of my sub instead of wasting it. Tips are optional if you feel like it after, but absolutely not required.
